The only scenario I see polygon being part of a takeover is as a stalking horse.
They buy very close to 30%, takeover rumours start. If polygon went over 30% their offer would need to be around 170p but they don't want to buy it and they would only need around 100p to wipe their face and move on.
£201m might be too much for anyone to be interested but I reckon around that would be a figure polygon would support in any takeover bid.
mrcosts, you invested over £500k, including around £160k on the last 12 months, in an aim business you had "doubts about".
How do you live with yourself?
jamiedimon has been trolling this board for several months usually with exaggeration, half truths or just blatant lies. Only this morning he posted that polar had sold. The reality is that polar hold almost 10million shares and there has been no tr1 from them since January. This is in contrast to their holding in farn where they sold down almost immediately after that failed trial.
There are always trolls who post on share forums, particularly after a large drop in share price.
What sets antofelli apart is his disregard for human life, questioning "the point" of saving five extra lives.
His mother probably one of Fred West's 'partners'.
I've had a brief look at what happened at farn and imm when their trials failed. In both cases the large holders who appear to have had large holdings started dumping very soon after the trial rns, which is in stark contrast to polygon here.
Different strokes for different folks?
Oranolio1, no matter how unlikely a poor trial result seemed they were canny enough to have a plan for that eventuality.
That is unless you think they are just scrambling to buy cheap shares and hoping for the best.
It will be interesting to watch how this plays out.
Indeed, it just needed explaining.
Ndn71, if you had say 250k shares at 40p before 20/7 and sold, say, 125k shares shortly after 20/7 you would have banked around £250k and be on a free ride.
Today you would have lost nearly £200k on paper but still on a free ride.
I hope that helps.
Mrcosts, in the three days since you posted "Anyway logging off until results day" you have posted nearly as many times as you have posted this year!
Are you normal?
It's now more likely that advice was sought before the PDMR spouse purchase, and that advice was that there is no reason not to buy.
"5% drop? It’s down over 30% from highs!"
I can't say I'm surprised, the share price movements are very similar to those in the weeks before 20/7/20.
Mrcosts, what makes you feel more stupid?
Multiple posts immediately after posting
"Anyway logging off until results"
or
Moaning about 'RM' and no sales and then buying £160k worth of shares without checking if 'RM' or lack of sales had changed.
It's a tough call, lol!
Andybe4, it's not the article people don't like, it's you.
Ha ha ha!
Andybe4 who told us "just post to amuse myself at times and get a reaction".
As I posted the other day, he's still making himself look like a pillock, lol!
Andybe4 who told us "just post to amuse myself at times and get a reaction" became completely unhinged over the results date.
Far too excited about January 4th and the disappointment manifested itself as a wild rant with a prediction of January 31st. The ridicule continued si the prediction moved to February 14th. That was fairly quickly binned in favour of 'February or March' and that lasted a matter of days before we got 'mid March'.
The loon then inexplicably went back to February 14th but when that hope was lost we were presented with.... wait for it..... mid April.
If you read an andybe4 posts in the context that "just post to amuse myself at times and get a reaction" it will make more sense.
Mrcosts, great to have you back after "logging off until results", ha ha ha!
Your c£160k top up still doesn't make sense give your continual moaning about 'RM' and lack of sales does it?
Mrcosts - "Anyway logging off until results day......"
or not? Well done, lol!
Pharma123 - 'This is not good news and stop being delusional"
This and your other recent posts suggest that you've been taking too much of that horse urine you need to make your biceps bigger.
Ease off and you'll feel better.
Mrcosts, you've been moaning about 'RM' and lack of sales since 2020 yet according to your post history you invested c£160k in sng in the last 12 months, lol!
That doesn't make sense does it?
"I await service of court proceedings..."
Mrcosts, the reason you told us about you investment (several times) "makes a lot of sense" now.
You are suggesting that it doesn't make sense for you to 'deramp' as you hold "a fair few shares". It follows that it would make sense if you didn't hold "a fair few shares" and had made it all up, wouldn't it?
