$MAST is only on sell/ close position. Shares can't be bought. It may get bankrupt or closed down. I don't know what are you talking about 🤷🏻‍♂️

We should be able to see Level 2 data for stocks on paid memberships. When I'm trying to see Level 2 data, the website redirects me to buy a membership, which I've already done. 🤔
