you guys needs to take a chill pill. Whats the profit on the contract, if it is 3-4% then it's fair price mcap. If it's much higher then maybe it will rise. Be careful, Revenue doesn't value a company, profit does.

This was well undervalued and still is given the 600k ounce resource they already have - it should be at least 10-15m mcap. News is due based on the November RNS anyhow.

Old tech. Look at the Gartner Magic quadrant and tell me if Cloudcall are on their. This tech is already old. More innovation has already happened. Look at insidesales.com. Bullhorn talk about Fuze regularly, not Cloudcall. Why is that? Bullhorn have integrations with at least 10 communications providers. There is no IP here. Salesforce, have about 30, many other CRM also have plenty of providers they already integrate with. Clients don't buy the integration. Good luck anyhow.

Don't get defensive, the sales teams are rubbish, a product never sells itself. There are 100 hosted providers in the US. They are not even a True Cloud provider. They don't own their own tech or architecture. Its based on traditional vendors, that's the limitation. Hosted is a dead model, true cloud is owned and developed by the vendor. In the UK there are also 100's of hosted providers. These are are not disruptive, Fuze are - first to market with a True Unified communications platform ahead of Cisco, Microsoft etc. Hosted is not the future and this is what these guys do. Plus they have a pretty weak product and pretty weak Salesforce.

Are rubbish. I'm senior in a Gartner Leader for Unified Comms. Cloudcall cannot compete with Fuze, 8*8 or RingCentral. New to the market Dialpad either. Fuze is by far the dominant enterprise player and soon Microsoft with PBX Skype in the cloud will also compete. Fuze, Ring and 8*8 have Bullhorn integration. Yes its a growing market, but you have to have great architecture, great user experience and pedigree. Cloudcall is a very small player and cannot compete globally.

Tread carefully. If profit is a healthy 20%, that's only £20m profit over 5 years, £4m.a year. Not really great and probably why share price hasn't responded.

Your motivations absolutely need to be put under the spotlight. As a non holder, what are you doing here camped out on the board all day yday, and all today? Clearly you have a vested financial interest in being here one way or the other in this case. So you are being paid to be here or short. Which one is it?

How about hb (since you don't hold here and really don't know why you are on the board other than to deramp) and have no credibility, back your case up to say it isn't worth £10-20 m mcap. I have doen my figures, but either maths is too difficult and you as a non holder don't control the discussion topics of this board or get to demand anything.

VAST is a dire and extremely poor example, talk.about misleading. Go and research the stock, being a producer doesn't mean anything if not done profitably without ridiculous debt and the resource has to be truly viable with good/great grades as it is here. £1.5m is a joke. Should be at least £10m mcap.
