Sorry guys, this is codswallop. You do realise this stuff has to be sold and it wont be given away. Whilst the partnerships are good (Revenue and sales figures are what matter). There is plenty of tremendous tech out there, 99% fail because they dont know how to sell. Trust me I know as a VP of Sales for a large region of a Gartner leading software company.

OXB hasnt risen much or 15x like Tern. Consolidation of 50 to 1 doesnt mean anything in terms of SP. It has risen about 40% since post consolidation. TERN is up 1500%. Very big difference. X

You can't tender when there is no competing techs and trials are agreed to willy nilly. They said H1. Its definitely squeeky bum time. I jist hope they dont follow what all AIM companies do, promise the world and deliver jack s***. Then repeat the cycle again a few months/years down the line raise some more funds, line the pockets of directors using new PI. News and contracts is all that matters and relatively big ones with some clear monetary value (preferably multi hundred thousand or million in value) communicated so we can start to value this business at multiples of where this and first stop 15-20m if not higher.

If a large contract is signed debt finance is easy. Halcyon is a subscription model likely at 60-70% margin at least. Contract means guaranteed contractual recurring revenue. Likely contracts will be 3 or 5 years at least. They just need to announce the first one. Remember POC's were with some BIG names.

That is the value here. Until those flow rates are announced and if they are good only that will move the SP, up to then 0.5p is the ceiling.

It's also a MASSIVE market opportunity and we have patented technology. In all likelyhood, we are more likely to be taken out within 18 months in my opinion.

As long as the contracts are regular, then north of 50m mcap 18 months from now is entirely achievable. Could be a lot more but we only need 5m worth of business to justify that kind of valuation. As long as the news expected is released in time frame it is supposed to be, then I expect a swift re-rate to 15m mcap at least.
