How in earth has this dropped from 20p+. Clearly some manipulation involved to go as low as 4p. Wouldnt suprise me the least that shorts are closing and funding will be sorted taking it 20p+ in short order.

That is exactly what I expected the RNS to be. Not positive or negative, just a business update and talks still ongoing. DFS delayed a month but after 3 years, it aint the end of the world delay. DFS will only be submitted by end of year, so I expect a few months to process. Looks like 6-12 months from submission anything material regards a sale. I do think we will float at between 4-5p up 14-15p (if war ends) and remain there until DFS completed, NYUD License announced and the biggest one a sale.

A deal has been done prob in the 3-5p range. Prob settle at 1.5-2p, and then an uplift of 33-150% on the SP on bid.

Everyone can read the RNS. Its obvious from the 8.3's and the share price some likelihood of a compelling offer through or possibly a bidding war.
