Topped up yesterday should have waited until today paid exorbitant 8.2p per share ;) Never mind it will still look like a bargain top up in a few weeks imo. Average for me is now 6.25p.
Thanks - wrote my q before finding todays interview. That helped clarify. Thank god that Zak summarises it :) Appears a strong investment case clearly plenty of risk but very strong upside.
What is the strategy here - all out copper play ?4 Mar 2021 10:48
I'm in XTR and decided to take a look at this too given some similarity including the chairman. Looking at the website as of today it appears that the main element to their strategy was Zinc in Zambia. Clearly thats all changed today - hence my question. I was interested to see that Colin bought 2.6M shares at 0.73 in June 20 just after the Crocus acquisition and before further acquistion of Africibum so they certainly have plenty of copper exploration in Kalahari. Colin is very bullish on copper and took a large personal stake recently in XTR in addition to recently granted share options. The Zinc sale and 9 licence sale to Sandfire looks like they are shoring up for a big expansion in self funded exploration in Kalahari. Hope my questions aren't too dumb but 1. Is this really now a copper play ? Nothing wrong if it is imo 2. Is there risk of further dilution or have the sale of exploration licences to Sandfire and Zinc to Zambian entity likely allowed them to fund further exploration ? Cheers
Great summary - appreciate the information being provided in a digestible form. Note to others don't be put off by length of video to be honest you can actually listen at 1.5 x speed in settings if you are pushed for time.
I too am still holding - had these for 2 years. I am considering top slicing as I am not clear if there is much further upside as you say not a lot of news. First shot of AZ last weekend :)

Well done bulletin board - high praise from Colin Bird in the interview for the analysis on here - Cathedrals called out specifically !! Lets be respectful of Mr Bird in all our commentary
Thanks for the diagrams and analysis1 Mar 2021 22:14
Much appreciated Leo / Shorn / Iceberg and others - very helpful. Appears very promising. Will be intrigued though to see how the market reacts to the RNS tomorrow. Cheers
tbh I am hoping the share price stays low for a couple more days while waiting for funds from other sales. Now in a race against the RNS's. Onwards and upward but not too quickly :)
Even if SP doesn't move up today - don't sweat it - I believe this will increase but perhaps more data is required - holes / assays. The lag between the next set of data coming means there is still a clear buying opportunity imo. Of course you are speculating and making a prediction / taking a punt on what the next set of data reveals but what persuades me to hold and consider investing more is : 1. Openness and transparency of briefings from CB 2. The helpful analysis of likely size provided by many on the board eg. Iceberg today 3. Copper supply gap (and commodities in general - Twitter NorthstarCharts - very interesting outlook) 4. Majors likely to need to take urgent action to address (3) 5. Compared to some other copper opps - excellent geo / political case I'm holding tight and ignoring this shake and feel this has a lot further to go
Quite incredible how long it has actually taken for the market to start to even price Bushranger find in - even now its only to a small extent. Astonishing the value on offer for the last few weeks.
