Issue of equity RNS this morning resulting in a massive drop at opening down to 11p
Totally unjustified so creeping back up now.
A case of just waiting now till next order here.
Thanks for your input Saseefeldt.
I've run out of funds to top up here, so will be staying put. Not in this for the short term anyway.
Markets are down across the board today, so the lower price today is expected.
£36m market cap at current share price.
Hoping that we can smash the £50m mark again very soon and move onto £100m+ towards the end of the year, as we hear of substantial orders coming to fruition.
Thank you Sophie1 - very well said.
Just topped up with another 10k shares by selling out on one of my non-moving stock. Managed to get in at 11.95p.
Moving back up fast.
Hope it stays and we move towards 20p
14% down - getting just 11.5p to sell and 12.0p to buy.
Bargain price but lack of funds to top up here.
Really disappointing seeing this go down on a daily basis.
I've topped up at each stage thinking that I've caught the bottom, but it just keeps going down. There's so much potential here, and until we have sight of any confirmed orders, I was expecting this to stay within 14-18p range.
We have seen this go as low as 9p recently, and then shoot up rapidly to 18p, so I'm staying very hopeful that this happens again.
Excellent RNS of the CFO particularly having someone with so much experience in the sector and has taken AIM companies from small scale to full commercialisation.
Verditek plc, (AIM:VDTK) the clean technology company is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Bowen as its Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1st September 2020. He is expected to join the Board in due course.
Tim is an experienced CFO with significant commercial experience in technology-based businesses both in renewable energy and information technology.
Tim has been CFO of 4 AIM quoted companies including Greenko Group, one of India's leading providers of solar, wind and hydro power. Tim has a proven track record having driven growth businesses from early stage commercialisation through to full scale operation for more than 20 years. Tim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Lord Willetts, Non- Executive Chairman commented; "I am delighted Tim Bowen is joining us at Verditek. His experience on AIM and his understanding of the opportunities in clean energy will be invaluable."
Sorry to hear that fundamentalanalysis.
I’ve lost over £1k here yesterday and will wait till it rises back to over 3p
The RNS of it stating that there NAV per share is over the current share price is interesting.
This should gradually rise back up.
The other interesting point is that the same speeding ticket rns as issued on 19th August and it rose significantly despite that.
RNS from the 19th August states: "Net Asset Value per share 3.7p (2018: 4.4p)."
Can anyone explain in laymans terms what this means, as I've interpreted this as the company has assets worth 3.7p for each share that has been issued.
Isn't there a massive upside to the current price to get us back to this 3.7p?
Good spot Kissimee - this should bounce back up once the dust has settled over the Bank Holiday weekend.
I've just topped up to lower my average here.
The RNS was uncalled for today, and the drop here has been overdone!
We'll be trading in the 15p-18p range until we get the next piece of information on orders.
I'm also expecting an announcement on the appointment of a CFO / Finance Director, as the company has changed strategy from being R&D to full commercialisation.
Once 18p is broken, then we’re onto 22p+ range (according to Chartists).
I’m just happy that it’s back to 16p now :-) Daily upward movements is great
That’s right, I can’t imagine them just twiddling thumbs.
They’ll be manufacturing and selling too, but we just need a RNS to confirm a large order, and then we’re off.
Exciting times here.
Morning all!
Hope you all had a good weekend. We are finally moving in the right direction this morning and long may it continue. Last week was uncalled for. Buying pressure is building now as we get closer to another announcement of a large order.
Good luck!
I can sell for 14.16p
Ticking up :-)
Hope we have now found the bottom today
That’s the first target and I’m feeling that we will get there again by the end of the month!
Then looking forward to go onto 25p plus as all 15 salespeople start securing orders.
Thanks bananaman - managed to get £1,600 at 14p on a buy / fill order.
Pleased with that.
