Wouldn’t the valuation of the company increase inline with the extra cash they have (equity), from the rights issue though?
So all things equal, we should see a decline in share price to solely factor in the discounted rights issue.
Or am I being too naive?
Hi, can someone help clarify whether I've understood this correctly from this RNS.
We were at circa £28 yesterday, and if I held/purchased 100 shares (value of £2,800), do I now have the opportunity to buy 1 new share for every 2 that I own (i.e. I can purchase 50 shares), at a purchase price of £15 (is this price confirmed anywhere, as can't find it on the RNS)?
If I take up this offer, I would then have 150 shares at a total purchase price of £3,550, making each share £23.67? Does this mean that at the current share price of £25, I'm in profit?
Thanks in advance.
To be fair, this was expected as it was being taken down unnecessarily. Similar pattern happen a couple of weeks ago and then we saw it surge.
This is totally under rated and a bargain at current level.
Well done to all those who have held on.
Morning mate, just frustrating reading a load of tosh on this board, with people like him trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes.
Obviously need to DYOR, but can’t believe the guy was saying this would go down to 2-3p and then all of a sudden changed tune.
Ignore him, as he’s a total knob with generally no integrity.
He has been posting a load of crap here.
His position was to deramp this share a couple of weeks ago stating that it would go down to 2-3p.
Now he’s got a stake, he wants it to increase.
It means that we have a solid base at 7.8p, from which the price will bounce.
It also shows an upward trend towards 10.84p easily, and onto 13.02p, and then can continue all the way into 20p upwards!
Excellent RNS and puts any finance funding issues to bed.
We now have a base of 7p, which was heavily over subscribed.
£2.5m raised and we still have a massive Market Cap, so this is peanuts at 8p-9p range!
Onwards and upwards. I'm expecting us to finish BLUE today! Wow!
I've learnt a lesson not to look at DAILY changes, as it is misleading.
I'm pleased with the WEEK performance, not to say April MONTH performance for this share.
MAY should be much better for those of us who got in very early. We can expect to see bags of cash coming our way, as each 10% increase will become a much higher % increase in our portfolio.
I'm not selling any of mine.
