What a stupid thing to say. Thats the one thing thats 100% set in stone (excuse the pun). The FCA and nomad are all over VAST. They exist and they have them in their possession. The uncertaintity isn't whether they exist. Its how long will the cleaning polishing cutting process take to get them to a position to start selling. The Sept RNS talked about tenders being lined up so my geuss is surely we some sales this month

This has had a few goes but i think its about to really run. MMs are trying to hold it back but the squeeze is imminent

The options straddle strategy makes perfect sense if you understand the dynamics of options. Firstly if you buy calls you can leverage many times over but never lose more than your initial investment.

So for example if BTFC goes to $500k+ at somepoint over next 5 years they will likely make many many multiples of their £1m investment. But their max loss if it doesn't work out is £1m. But by protecting the downside to some extent with buying Puts it exploits any volatility to the downside.

Its a fluid situation so they can manage their positions on major down swings and upswings. Bank profit and readjust positioning

This is going to explode. Volumes increasing and buyers taking advantage of cheap prices

And i'm expecting 2p+ in October as deal is close to being announced.
