Its now a debt backed loan with no dilutive mechanism. That in itself is more of a positive for shareholders than anything else they could announce.

Listing may be today. The transaction is done. I’m patiently waiting for it to be listed on TSX. It’s out of our control and URUs now, TSX are renowned for being slow.

Anyone selling now is quite frankly going to be very upset soon

TSX listing is going to be explosive. Zeb asset will finally see a fairer value reflect it and that will do the talking :)

I'm relaxed and patiently waiting for Zeb Corp to list. Name change and transaction all approved on 30th July. TSX is clearly frustratingly slow but its going to list any day and then who really cares what derampers on here say. The shareprice will do the talking and we'll prob need some retail plebs to blow their load and sell their stock at 600p 700p 800p.

If you have a look at Talon (TLO) on TSX, their presentation actually refers to Zebedelia asset that URU hold lol. It also includes figures which outlines that Zeb is a superior asset despite TLO being valued at $350m haha

Just watch, the doubters will soon see.

So Zeb Corp is listing at circa $10m valuation. The asset has 1.5B tonnes at 0.25% NI and a depth of only 30m.

Then lets look at CNC listed on TSX with a valuation close to $300m. Their asset has 600m tonnes at 0.25% NI at a depth of 120m.

I'm not being funny but once Zeb Corp is listed on the TSX there is no way in hell it stays at $10m mcap. Its going to 10x very quickly once comparisons start being made with the likes of CNC and TLO both valued at over 25x Zeb yet have an inferior resource

Yes the listing is the catalyst but i'm more excited about how Zeb Corp will trade over the coming weeks and months.

Priced at $0.25 per share circa $10m mcap i simply can't see it not being agressively bought up & multibagging quickly. Just look at the Canadian's appetite for resource and Nickel projects. Its cheap.

If it’s going to be today, then won’t be in there until 1pm ish UK time and we should also get RNS.

It’s all done and approved so will definitely be this week. Hopefully it’s today.

It’s pretty common practice with these types of transactions. Sure the reason is to do with tax efficiency or keeping it separate. URU own it as it is a 100% subsidery.

Well said. Reality is some people are too blinded by what happened 4 years ago. Yes Zorbas over promised and under delivered. It was poor. But it did do 1000%+ from the lows.

The one thing no one can deny is that Zeb is a world class asset in the right hands and looking at peers in Canada like CNC its not hard to see the $10m valuation turn into $100m and still look cheap. Canadians will go mad for this when listed.

URU own 75% of Zeb Corp so actually i disagree with all the haters, this is a really unique opportunity for people to load up URU before it explodes on TSX.

If it does 1000% over on TSX then URU will be trading at 2000p+

Wow can’t believe how many retail idiots there are on here. Honestly it’s embarrassing and to be fair it explains why 90% lose money and then start blaming fingers at others.

Firstly yes no TSX listing today it seems but the deal has completed so will probably be tomorrow. The company has no control over the specific day, they are informed the morning of listing and will then inform shareholders via RNS.

As for pump and dump… I mean what on earth are people talking about? What pump lol. Hasn’t even started yet. Past few months been ranging between 250-500p, hasn’t even got going yet

Once Zeb Nickel Corp is listed and trading you’ll see at $10m Mcap how quickly it multibags and as a result URU as well

Yep i would expect an announcement before 2pm today if its going to list today. If not maybe tomorrow. Apparently TSX don't inform you until 7am on the day of listing, so thats probably why the RNS this morning wasn't specific.

550p ASK. Hasn't traded this high since back in early 2018 and we have broken the highs of May 2021
