Last weeks RNS had lots of clues.

KX36 i suspect is attracting alot of interest given the large resource it has worth multiples of current Mcap alone

Then you have Ghaghoo diamond mine which has interest from a large investor. Its important to note they had a sizeable bid rumoured to be up at 3/4p last year which fell through. I expect this to surprise the market hugely to the upside

Then we have A gravity survey that has discovered a high-grade anomaly similar in size or larger than BOD's KX36 high-grade kimberlite pipe in the Kalahari, thats massive and market has missed this

Lastly Positive progress on the awarding of the Thorny River Mining Permits, if that gets awarded its a multibagger. South Africa not even factored in to this current depressed price

WOuldn't surprise me to see this up at 2-3p later this year

Well if you check the RSP its 0.292p to buy and 0.2812p to sell

People may or may not have noticed that Riverfort are in the process of going through a RTO deal. So they are calling in debt across all stocks, not just HELD. Please see Riverfort RNS i think from a week or 2 ago

RF deal was never supposed to be converted into shares, the company are paying back the loan monthly and have been since November

The RF stock has been forward sold and thats what caused the weakness when it was about to break 3p a week or so ago.

Anyone who knows how RF operate know that the stock is forward sold and then converted & announced via RNS

So i would expect that to be the end of it. Let see if Dav can get the bank finance dwal across the line after Easter

Was 4p in Feb and we are on the cusp now

Should have a good few weeks ahead

Some exciting things going on. Expecting PSC to be announced any day now and a packed Q2 ahead

Should be good for a 100%+ rise in Q2

Either way at a £5m Mcap its a bit of a no brainer

Its the blue sky carrot dangler. They are fully funded for all operational and drilling. So it would be cash that ends up with a far more aggressive and large scale drilling campaign to add huge value

This £5m Mcap is silly cheap

Despite the price action down here fundamnetally we are in such a strong position

Plenty going on behind the scenes and plenty of big deals to be made

I wonder if we hear something on Ghaghoo diamond mine soon regarding someone bidding for it

Think this can and will explode into life from this area soon. Far too cheap

They are fully funded, have multiple drill campaigns lined up and of course we eagerly await the results from the Jan/Feb drilling

Nice news this morning from KNB about Germany Legislation. HELD have a partner in Germany so thats definitely good to see, and the fact more EU contries are legalising Medical Cannabis is fantastic. Shows that 2024 bulkl market for the sector is about to start

2. Positive progress on the awarding of the Thorny River Mining Permits.

3. There is renewed interest in the Ghaghoo diamond mine.

4. A Prospecting Licence was granted over diamond properties in Eswatini after a long application period.

Again, its nothing to do with HELD. Its up to the individuals to report and they clearly have not been doing so. FCA are in the process of looking into these individuals. And rightly so.

Instead of spending your day turning everything into a negative. Why don't you pick up phone to FCA, why don't you contact HELD. You will quickly find out you are talking rubbish and i've provided the explanation for everyone. It doesn't fit your negative agenda for sure, so i can understand why you would spin it lol

Well said Moniman. Although its nothing to do with the company. Its the individual's responsibility to fill in a TR1 to notify the market, and i can assure you there have been complaints from Davinder & some shareholders and the FCA are in contact with the relevant TR1s holders about their poor conduct.

Expecting more TR1s shortly to clear it all up

Its dated 6th Feb. Expect another TR1 RNS saying 0% as there has been way more than his remaining 9m shares dumped since 6th Feb

Its a very out of date TR1 that has been issued 6 weeks late

Past week have seen better price action with no big dumps

Also note that this David was never on the TR1 register. George Papadopoulos held 23% historically and apparently got into financial trouble and settled debt via shares, which ended up with this David guy, who has subsequently been dumping

Hopefully thats all behind us now

Thats probably what kickstarted this move up today

VERY interesting. Its very possible they may get their £5m Mcap in return for their tax losses of close to $80m

Huge upside

ECR buyers starting to load around this 0.3/0.31p area
