Imho 10-20p seems very optimistic. However there was also talk about dividends when mcap reaches around 20-25 million, which should be around the 0.8p per share price. From the update , we can hope for atleast three IPOs this year and atleast one next year. ATB

OGG - do you have a link to the article that suggested an IPO shortly after Easter ? If so would you mind sharing it with the BB. Thanks. I am going with the notion that the IPOs will likely happen towards the end of the year. It will be great to learn about the progress via the quarterly update which hopefully might be out next week. Not sure if this has been posted before but here is a link to an article about Engage . https://www.standard.co.uk/business/entrepreneurs-the-man-clocking-in-to-float-his-temping-venture-in-city-a3793526.html
Lot of chatter on ukog board about equipment being loaded up and being moved from the BB site. Pics on twitter of trucks in motion with load on board. https://mobile.twitter.com/hashtag/ukog. Hoping HH test maybe starting soon. GLA
Correct. Think of dividend being the share of profit returned to you with the capital remaining untouched. companies may automatically try to reinvest the dividends into new shares of the company so your holding increases or you may elect to receive the dividend in cash. If and when future dividends are paid out and if you still hold shares in the company then you would be paid dividends based on the number of shares you hold. GL
There wasn't any update on truspine unless I missed it . Looking forward to the quarterly update to see how the consumer base has been increasing for Weshop, engage etc and also update on Truspine. I am glad to hear about their plan to provide returns to shareholders once they reach the target mcap. GLA
One of the recent shares sold is listed as being sold for £33 something. Not sure I get the fundamentals by doing such small trade. trades for my shares in ISA is 12.50 per transaction. That is £25 per buy and sale of a share. How do people make money on such small transactions ?
Slightly confused by the following : "the Company will now receive 650,000 in cash and 9,973,011 ordinary Solo shares of 0.2p in fulfilment of the share consideration based on the 10-day Solo volume weighted average price as provided for in the SPA" SOLO is currently trading at 3.5p . Does the above mean that we got the shares at 0.2p ??? Thanks in advance .
