No problem Wildboar, I hope I’m wrong for holders and they do sell out,I just can’t see it yet. So I’m not willing to risk any capital. I always wonder why there aren’t more institutional investors having a holding here.They now have a ML which de-risks it from a government perspective but don’t have BFS which doesn’t de-risk it from a financial perspective. Axis will just broker and trade to take funds that’s their job. Continuing from that. Bigon, they’ll use it for working capital as always, plus drilling. I can’t see anywhere that says the 2026 drilling is funded. With an 8 hole diamond drill campaign costing a tad over US$1M in 21/22 for the drilling alone I can’t see them having enough funds without a raise for a comparable campaign unless they are drilling a couple of holes instead, which isn’t really worth it considering they’ve stated the area is not considered a economical mine yet.

Let’s see what comes first then Wildboar, a fund raise or a buy out.

Nice opinion, but facts are facts. They don’t have enough money to drill, it will always be undervalued until it can be proved it isn’t, it’s not a economic mine until it’s proved it is, the company have said this many times, no RNS for two weeks doesn’t mean a buy out is on the table, but dropping the Q1 from the drilling timeline is a telltale the leopard hasn’t change his spots. We can go on and on until some news either way. The market rarely gets it wrong though but PI’s often do. Why do you think Axis have reduced?

Why wouldn’t the market have a clue on the size of this asset? Surely the market knows exactly what you and I know, I don’t understand that thinking, please explain.

Can you explain how it’s hurting investors stated a fact? Q1 26 to just 26, the company stated that not me. Or do you think we should ignore things like that and start rumours of a take over to sucker in investors for your own greed? Is that how your morals work?

The Company is currently finalising a revised NI 43-101 technical report and a US SK-1300 technical report on Songwe Hill and a prefeasibility study on Pulawy. This will allow the finalisation and filing of a Form F-4 Registration Statement. Once the Registration Statement has become effective with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (currently anticipated to be Q1 2026), CPTK will endeavour to obtain shareholder approval and the transaction will proceed toward closing.

Have they sacked this off now, it’s been a year. Thought it was supposed to be quicker than an IPO?

No not invested or been burnt, traded it a good few years ago but got bored of it not going anywhere mainly due to the Zorb moving like a sloth while getting paid handsomely.

Maybe someone will, maybe someone won’t, a ML wouldn’t have been a problem for them at 2.5p just like it isn’t at 7p if they have the funds. Why didn’t they put an offer in before that or start buying in on the sly through an investment vehicle? Axis appeared on the scene, you know how that works, invest, pump it, take their funds from PI’s, that’s the game. The Zorb has played that for a decade,even duel listed because he blamed AIM for no interest! Yet the Zorb did interviews and didn’t release them ,said they’d started drilling and never did/never released the results if they did drill. If you notice in the interim results drilling is stated now as “in 2026” they dropped the “expected Q1” previously stated. It also stated somewhere that the £1.1m was for the groundwork’s and preparation for drilling, not funding the drilling,it’s all in the details. But like you say I could be wrong,but just because they haven’t issue an RNS for 2 weeks does not mean it’s odd or negotiations are taking place for a sale, that is a fact.

All in the numbers as always ,nothing in the opinions. The next Gana figures published need to massive from the current figures, we all know it.
