I agree that the tech moves fast in this space but is it worth the risk for Shell , but more so, is it worth the risk for clnr. All to play for on that one I think.

I wouldn’t say there was any significant seller A1 due to the fact a significant seller must have a significant amount of shares, and to have a significant amount of shares they would be classed as a significant holder and a significant holder would have over 10% of the shares in issue. As such if the significant holder was to sell a significant amount of shares they’d have to declare it. So I’d class it as the the Borg collective selling due to profit taking/timescales etc

I’ve just check the last three placings and they haven’t issue extra shares anywhere near that 2/3rds limit. They’ve issued 21.5%/11.8% and 20.2% extra shares so why are you saying historically they’ve used 2/3rds as a limit when they clearly haven’t. Could you explain instead of dodging an answer. I showed you some respect when I first posted on this board to the dismay of others, presently you are proving them correct. Yep you’ve confused me A1. If clnr had 442,935,199 sii and they then had a £2m placing creating another 95,238,090 shares they’v not issued nowhere near 2/3rds of the shares in issue. Could you explain in a bit more detail or at least show an example.

Before the last placing sii were 442,935,199. The £2m placing they issued 95,238,090 new shares, that’s not 2/3rds ! Or am I misreading what you are actually saying A1.

They did say in March that the next step was a DFS, so it looks like they do one thing at a time.
