Ebbs and flows Polinvest, it’s had a good run, time for a retrace and breather. Financial news maybe next on the agenda but very rarely comes in a pi’s timescale so down it goes.

No need to beat this down anymore though as there’s not a JL, termite, AMD lake,Briquette, gold dust or airstrip to be seen. It seems like a decent stock/resource now that Asimwe Kabunga is the grey man calling the shots. Still generally late on things (exploration for ya) but they do actually do as they say now slowly but surely. CV-19’s been full on stressful in the real world but it is what it is, just got to crack on. Least I’ve still got a big sombrero to keep the sun out my eyes my friend. You’ll find out before the month end what the restructuring will look like, and whether 30p will be achievable. I can’t see it myself though when revenue is a quarter of the debt pile, the syndicate hold all the cards. Especially as all debt covenants where breached hence the roll over of those covenants until the end of the month.

I’ve found that the trick in this game is not to be greedy and be happy with a profit. The life changers are few and far between but the slap in the face is hard and often. Just my take on things, good luck with your investing.

Whatever profit you are happy with would be my answer. Id of also sold the 7.67p shares by now to get my initial funds back and left the rest to ride it out for free. Everyone carry’s a different bag though so only you can decide.

They can have my vote for an extra 1b shares if they promise to sell them for 20p each and not give them away at a 35% discount to 1.1p like the norm on these markets. RY has already cost pi’s more than enough with the brilliant CLN’s he organised.

I’m with you on that pumpky, ACP has caught me out a few times to the down side but that’s the risk we take. Overall though it’s been a good stock to trade. Personally I’m thinking it’s one to keep a full time position in alongside a trading pot. Nothing goes up in a straight line and the trade pot makes it fun.

Run a right ship anyway FD and no one can work from home so not a great deal we can do as we carry on working with related costs. Knocked some Fridays on the head (no pay) to save a bit of work that wasn’t urgently needed. So the only thing done really and you’ll like this Mike is deferred my quarterly divi along with paying myself a standard flat wage.

No action to mitigate the effects of the pandemic
Spending money unnecessarily in my opinion on a name change
Employing a CFO with no explanation as to what she adds day to day

I expect a CFO does what a CFO does and looks after the company financial affairs, look it up.

They raised on the back of the Shell partnerships and provided enough funds to see them through those drills/O&GA and working capital. Whether you agree or not it’s done now, move on. They could not foresee these world events at the time so just be thankful they didn’t go down your little and often fund raise as you would ultimately be in a far worse position than you are now.

Good job they raised the funds when they did Mike, imagine the cost to pi’s if they did it now just to keep afloat.
