The RNS yesterday stated their holding was at 0.9% (157'142'856). So unless your confused about numbers, that means they are still part of the company!

My guess is Iconic Labs will not release any contract information until it is 100% confirmed they are out, or EGHOS will try and be part of it. So please DYOR.

Yes it's gonna be very good to see the confirmation of them 100% OUT (No more dilution), but i'm gonna find it very amusing hearing the day traders trying to buy back in when one of the many contract's info is released.

The JOE media contract is a massive deal. If you don't know them, give them a google and see what clients they have. (Paddy power, Pundits swing to mind to name one of many). This is one i'm looking forward to the most.

DYOR, but i'm more than happy to sit back and wait for a Re-Rate. This company has a lot of growth expected from this rock bottom price caused by EGHOS. Only way is up from here! GLA :)

Once EGHOS is completely out the question, then I expect all contracts to be released. I’m looking forward to hear about the later that was mentioned in the latest contract RNS.

JOE has worked previously with Paddy power and there are a number of other links that could put the ex sky sports pundits program broadcasted via JOE. Only time will tell, but i think its a strong possibility that would create a lot of revenue, hence no longer requiring the funding through EGHOS.

We should see a strong finish. You don’t want to be out of this one over the weekend, especially with all the news on Apps going around.

Yea my locals kind of the same (old large diary anyway). But like it’s been said a lot, people don’t like leaving their details and/or have been leaving false details. Also, I don’t see big chain pubs leaving a scrap of paper or a diary out do you? It’s gonna go on an and the likes of Wetherspoons will just scan it on entry and the persons details will never been unless they need to be contacted due to an outbreak of COVID

I’m very confident when the next RNS lands this will shoot up very very quickly as it has done in the past.
Which is why I just topped up, which in turn raised my average.
But we only need one contract with either the COV-ID or the HospitalityID And this will go. Both would be nice tho :)

Also, when the website was updated about HospitalityID is the same time very large buys were going through!

It looks like Friday is a very popular day CTEA like to release an RNS. So let’s hope tomorrow they continue to do so.
A Cheeky little rerate wouldn’t go a miss either, that way we can get one over all the shorters that can’t hold for more than half a day!

I’ve just noticed something else.

The exercise of warrant that was announced prior to the completion of the COV-ID was for 10,113,636 shares at a mere price of £40,454.55.

Then the first notification of major holdings for Mr & Mrs Higgs states their holding was 11,082,397. This had to be announced as their holding is greater than 5%. Who have since increased everyday and more than likely will notify again tomorrow.

The reason their so happy to increase, is they know exactly what they were putting their investment In ever since the exercise of warrant!

That’s my thought anyway. Im gonna concentrate on the football now and have a beer. Only 10 hours to a potential (More likely another holding) RNS.

Now wouldn’t that be nice to wake up to tomorrow.

Tonight has got me thinking about a buyout or large investment actually.

I had a look at the recent trades after the bell and only saw a sea of red in the last 2.5 - 3 hours of trading. With the volume of sells reaching around 40 Million with not one Buy! But then I looked at the SP on google to see what it closed at . The last 3 hours it pretty much plateaued until an increase (albeit small) in the last 30mins.

My point is, if 40million had been sold with no buys, why the hell did it not drop!? Instead of a slight increase?

One for people to think about.

The last three Exercise of Warrants that were published, all had a BIG RNS released around the date that the new shares were due to be admitted for trading. The latest shares are "expected to occur on or around 10 July 2020". Which is Friday. With it stating "On or AROUND", I'm expecting an RNS to be published before. Which again normally happens.

Another point to think about with this RNS. Is the amount raised and at what price they were sold.

Firstly, do you really think they need the funds? It was only announced last week they had £1 Million in the bank. I'm pretty confident they do not NEED a further £53k to assist with anything. To which, why sell them at 1 & 2p? That is an extremely discounted price. My opinion is that they have been sold to a number of employees prior to releasing the announcement later in the week. Which is why they are such small amounts, but enough to make them very happy after the rise.

I'm not selling up anytime soon, so feel free to message if i'm wrong.

I admit, I only invested here because of the COV-ID application and have questioned the revenue factor a couple of times. Especially during the 1.5p days. But having watched the above video (not sure how I missed previously, but thank you @Weatheegeek for providing), I feel a lot more confident in my investment. Not just in the COV-ID App, but also in the whole blockchain technology that this company is able to provide
You only have to google blockchain to realise what potential and growth it has. Globally It’s expected growth is 67% Per Year! Over the next 5 years! That is a substantial amount

Going back to revenue, even if CTEA charged a reduced transaction fee of say 5p compared to the 50p as mentioned With the global interest this company has, this would produce 10’s of millions of revenue easily! And that’s just from the COV-ID App, let alone the other applications that have been realised this week.

Safe to say, I am very much looking forward to next week and more news!
