I would like the opportunity to recover losses. I find it fascinating that on this stock there is so much personal mud slinging. I suspect it is yourself that has a personal connection. Is laura/Joe/HH the same person or all really connected to Code - as you Police this board in a way that if investors post factual information with valid references- they are questioned and challenged. Maybe your the PR guys or maybe family.

Or maybe just a disgruntled investor on a stock that is 85% this year and who's Directors have not bought in when any insider with confidence would. Best practice is to issue HY within 60 days on the LSE and YE 90. Given it is a simple business and these are not audited figures - 60 days should be enough. Most US companies report in 30 days with a full quarterly SOX sign off and SEC filing.

I am hoping the extension (versus ) prior years is to capture good news and be able to reinstate analyst forecasts- underlined with contract visibility and better end market analysis.

GLA will only be £500k pa as that is in the publish ITT.

It is important in investing to do some independent research and if I post facts around that here - it is down to others to decide why.

3 months seems a long time to issue HY unaudited results for sub £10m services company?

I noticed GLA state the maximum bid award can only £500k on wave 6. And maximum individual bootcamp is £250k.

But the maximum can then be raised for future bids if KPIs are over achieved.

Dear Joe, if everyone's posts are shot down by you, then you are singlehandedly destroying interest.

I have been only critical of the current government as they have undermined this market. I have pointed out facts like GLA published a document stating Bootcamps mapping into L3 to L5 must average at or below £3.1k based on Wave 6 objectives set out by the new Labour government. Yet I get shot down as fake news. Even when my posts are backed up by direct government websites.

The reality is Northcoders Board have hidden some of these facts. The have not bought in at these low prices and got caught out by larger investors that did get the facts and forced in a road show to issue a second RNS.

I suggest a more sensible discussion can bring more investors in, seeing why we are where we are.

Yoir actions are not helping and have forced away other investors.

No doubt you will react as normal and use name calling and fake news claims - reminds me of someone else.

Code Institute is not Northcoders?

I assume the bidders know the price per bootcamp for their level or the DofE requirements. FE magazine stated it used to be £5k per learner ... for bootcamps and no reference to level. The bootcamps can be mapped into an apprenticeship level, but not aware they have levels themselves.

If the average is £3k then I cannot see the lower level being below £2k for 3 months of learning and the top side maybe £4k. One assumes the hours are flexed if the price is too.

I think it is strange that GLA have just over £3k given london usually has a premium. A friend told me Chehsire was max £3k and therefore I had guessed London is say £5k but the GLA have confirmed max is £3.1l and this includes 30% for getting a job in the post 6 months.

I stand by my view Labour have made a mess of a good system.

One key point is the average cost per learner is only £3152. Lets hope Code spotted that and have developed programmes with the cost structure. They used to say it was £8k per learner and I know the central contracts had £5k per learner plus VAT.

Merely posting facts. People doubted me.when I said the central contracts were ending.

Then again when they launched their road show and then had to come.out with the facts the central contract had been cancelled.

Before they confirmed it ..... everyone was saying i was just de ramping. Lying and someone even reported me to the LSE.

Then the company was forced to admit the truth.

Then I pointed out the GLA was overwhelmed with bids and the fact is they have delayed any announcements.

I also pointed out the Directors have not bought in at these prices. Facts.

So yes - assume what you want.

But everything i have posted is backed with Facts. Even when they company tried to claim differently and investors roasted them on that roadshow after their live presentation failed to disclose the facts.

The regional delays is because of the bids being x5 more than expected as 100s of training companies now fight for a significantly reduced pot. I suspect with the black hole of £50bn in the budgets they will slash again.

My advice is to HOLD.

This mess caused by Labour cancelling long term central contracts to key valuable highly rated (but private) tech training companies is purely political.

There will have to be a re think.

Coders has cash and says they have stripped out 40% of costs already.

I think they will sell/merge and focus on Apprenticeships in the future.

It will take 6 to 12 months to see any value.

But their is a need for this training.

The fact the Directors are not buying suggests they do not believe there is much up side. They maybe looking at selling the company now. At least cash out what is left of the value. Assuming NatWest was right on the IP valuation. I cannot see the business having sales over £4m next year, given the end of the large central contracts. Even £4m means at least £3m must come from 10 to 15 regional contracts.

GLA will be 25% of whatever they achieve and we know Lancashire was 24 seats at £5k each.

You are posting so much, but it is probably doing more harm than good. This is a caustic retail stock now.

The Company appears to have a lot of liquidity, but I think it is going to take 12 months to reset the business and develop these new income streams.

I would suggest you take a break, as news flow will be slow.

At some point they will hopefully report on London, the biggest region. Also they will be growing their apprenticeship business.

Looks like they have been decisive in cost cutting and they must have some lobbying going on with Skills England.

But from all your posts I can see you are panicking or it feels that way.

As I said take a break. Give it a month.

Lancs was 24 seats at £5k a pop. £120k including 30% on them getting a job. Not exactly a game changer. They need a fee million off London

My understanding is the bulk of the skills money is for areas like construction and healthcare, green (woke), HGV, not digital. So 10% is in areas Northcoders cover. For example in Lancs Northcoders won enough for 24 seats. I think they got a 5th - as 5 companies won the digital bids. Northcoders would know a lot more as they will have access to the detailed pools and tender documents. I stand by my view the Labour Government have created a crisis.

The problem is a regional contract is one 24 Cohort bootcamp. Even at £8k it is a fraction of the old central contracts. Lancashire isn't a small area.

My calculations suggest they need to sign up 30 to 50 councils.

London is delayed due to 4x to 5x over subscriptions.

Remember the QAs are also bidding and in the past the regional awards went to smaller players.

It is a mess. The Councils have no extra staff and now have to deal with a complex learning programme.

If London is struggling then how would a small council cope ?

Investors should complain to Labour MPs.

It would be helpful to know what the size of a regional contract is? Are they 18 months or less.

The lack of clarity is what is driving the SP down. The London bids are the largest - so when that comes in we will know more. If the DofE contract was £10m over 18 months, one assumes Greater London needs to be at least £2.5m - but I guess if they are now reducing by 40% then they are now only looking for £6m to replace the £10m. If they are reducing 40% now, are they still growing longer term and over what period and via what funding stream? All these questions are frustrating when the CEO/CFO sat through Q&As at the YE road shows and AGM's providing nothing to help investors.
