Yashmin - I'm also not sure there has been an update 3 - maybe there should be with the new figures and be good to have an update on no. of shares held and shown as over all percentage. Well done for all the hard work and progress made
That's a massive increase on the update from yesterday. Be good to get those figures out there if correct. There is a Mike Drinkwater asking for urgent help on ShareSoc if you could take a look Yashmin.
This ad feature on Mail Online should boost sales https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-7892183/How-commit-slimming-shaping-without-fuss.html
Well said Fred - let’s see what they come back with?
It’s on the forum - you can only access this if a full member. It’s bottom of page 17 on my laptop.
Sounds good lots of good stuff on there and you can see the letter that has been sent to Sirius - it’s very well written and will make them think!!
Have you joined ShareSoc John that’s a hefty total to add weight to those who have joined and continue standing up to the company
Fantastic hopefully ShareSoc campaign will get a mention .i think the strategic review was simply buying them time to finalise the AAL deal - no intention of looking elsewhere it was a done deal looking after the board
FFC was that why the article was written then so we gave already spoken them - sorry limited access as out gardening so cannot see all being said in ShareSoc etc
Yellow - great find I have mentioned this on the ShareSoc forum - I think this may be the time to engage through them with an extremely senior journalist with great sympathy for our plight and even suggesting possible solutions.

I second that thanks to you, Yashmin and others for your efforts this far
I would think they all have same voting power.
If the offer were rejected (unlikely I know) presumably other suitors may come into play - would AAL have an advantage over others still at that stage given the close relationship they have already. If we were to be moving towards administration perhaps others would seize the opportunity.
What is so annoying is that Sirius seemed to represent all that was good about a company in the way they conducted themselves in relation to the locals, the employees, local charities and even shareholders - with all the slick presentations and videos. Now we see them behaving in a completely different way with no regard or respect for those that supported them so faithfully over the years.
Hi Belgrano, is there a link to any pics of the shopfronts - it was mentioned on ADVFN but I could not find a link. Someone said Elrico had it on his site but again I could not see it. This is all building nicely I reckon. Solid foundations for the future.
I expect the money for staff is a sweetener for them to stay on given the crap and uncertainty they have had to deal with over the last few months and the fact that many of them were possibly encouraged to buy shares which have now crashed in price.
What chance that the consortium is still considering another offer? Do we know who they are and is it worth negotiating/hearing them out and get them on our side maybe via ShareSoc. Issue is they may be just as cutthroat in terms of what they want but who knows. Problem is the board are now recommending this offer and investors have now been divided in that many have sold, some have part sold and others will be holding and hoping so it is very difficult to coalesce around a single way forward.
ShareSoc gives us a chance to at least have a single, stronger voice. I think it is wrong that the consortium offer was kept under wraps - a sniff of that being a way through this would likely have sent the share price up and could have given us all a lifeline. I think the Board may have taken the easy option - not sure they were trying hard to find a solution that worked for us. Let’s see if anything positive occurs and maybe sign up for £45 to ShareSoc if you can.
FFC - ShareSoc has been mentioned on both FB groups several times. Both Yashmin and I have done so on Sirius Mineral investor group and I have on the Serious Minerals FB group. Worth reminding people though given the updated situation
It gets a good mention in the interview (there is progress being made behind the scenes) although it is poor quality sound - they need to get that sorted as it’s the connection to SOH which is poor.

As I just said on ADVFN its where we are going not where we have been that's most important and its building strong foundations for the future. It is precisely because SOH is 'open and honest' with shareholders that expose him to such scrutiny. It is this that makes me believe in him.
I don't think he's deliberately trying to deceive or manipulate anything - and yes many of the past statements may have been proved to be off the mark but the general direction appears to be a good one. I will continue to accumulate over time and allow the business to continue to take shape.
If others do not trust him or believe we are in good shape then maybe this is not the share for them.
That’s the FB page Serious Minerals
Achille of course I understand - if you or Yashmin are not members of Serious Minerals shall I mention on there - if so will do that later. Well done for your efforts so far - I have joined up (worth the £45) and suggest others do the same - https://www.sharesoc.org/membership/full-membership. There is plenty of info about what they represent.
