There is no chance that this will be backed out of by the buyers or that the Shareholders,institutions, will vote against. As I said before there is clear evidence that GVC ,whilst taking the risky part of SBT, will come out of this very well. This is evidenced by the support of knowledgeable shareholders wishing to take all their Wm.Hill money in GVC shares.They know they will not be able to buy them as low as 233p once they recommence trading.
It is unlikely that the average shareholder will be able to get more than the allocation (1 GVC for every "about 23
SBT")in the Mix and Match but I would suggest that you take what you can get of GVC.
