One concern I do have is the running cost per Kwh of around 30p. Seems high to me. Am I reading that correctly? Will that come down ? Any thoughts ?

Just invested , looks a good price , I would of thought this IT company could function very well if a large percentage of its workforce had to work isolated and remotely. I cant see corona impacting its turnover too much this year.

It doesnt mean they havent approached NMC , they are just saying an offer has not been made or discussed. Its like someone going to see a house they may think of buying..they havent discussed or made and offer they are looking...but one thing for sure they would not go to the house (NMC) if they didnt find it possible attractive....
