Hi Ex....Sadly ,Im a lot nearer the 4 score years than your good self. I managed to sneak under 2 hours last August for a half, but the two year this year have taken a bit longer....not enough training haha!! On annual holidays at the moment.including warm weather training...and planned a good run an hour ago, but its too bloody warm at the moment.

Looking forward to the Abergele bash...and a catch up with you and others.

Ex...Realistically, I would be more than delighted with anything around £2 per share for a total buyout. I am nearer 100 yrs old than 50, therefore £2 would keep me going. Charity sweep price prediction though...£7.22....and even that is on the lower end .We have seen all the higher end prices bandied about, and they are all realistic. I just cannot see Glencore and Elphick giving this away cheaply. Dont forget Simandou went for $15 billlion in auction, and that was way before the new green steel and super high grade pellets with their 40% + premium price ever entered the equation. So prediction now added.

Ex...re your recent half marathon, and 10 minutes quicker than predicted...out of interest, what was your time, and if not too shy..at what age.??
