The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Keep up the focus with this Fin .. that's why it was good to see RBM post "In addition, FCA appear to have extended their investigation to include market manipulation via social media influencing."
Nobody can hide in this day and age.
Looks like we have some of the Trolls back with their own agenda's ..
We have Antha who spent all Christmas and the New Year telling us it was all over, supporting the TW gang by blaming the rampers (Investors that acted on official RNS's) saying they should all be investigated, accusing LTH's of working for the BOD, "99% sure Blackstout was in on the scam" Now sucking up to RBM, grovelling to join the SHG, you do know we can all see your posting history don't you ... "as for the rampers you deserve your loses, it's just karma coming back to bite you."
Then we have Brattus22 that is trying to steer the focus away from the class action lawsuit and just focus on suing Art, I wonder why that is .. I'd say everyone involved is probably getting a bit twitchy now.
GLA
“Why would anyone take time out from their day to come on here to defend the likes of Millholland and his crooked ilk?”
Because he’s a Troll, that’s what they do 😂
Angus, either sit back and let it play out like a lot of others are doing or sell, simples .. just stop posting drivel, we're not interested.
Yep guessed that .. 😊
Have you sold now Angus ?
Thanks for the update RBM, much appreciated 👍
Let’s see ..
Stas, only the email 👍
"That’s what I thought. So what’s that, about 4p?"
Not sure but you can bet It'll be as low as possible.
I believe its the highest price who ever makes the offer paid .. I hope I'm wrong.
Just when I thought this share couldn’t get any worse .. 😂
* Forgot to add the clause :-)
highest price paid by the person required to make the offer
The offer price should be at the highest price paid by the person required to make the offer (or any person acting in concert with them) for shares in the company during the 12 months prior to the announcement of the offer.
That's the clause to worry about if true, they could argue the highest price they paid was very low .. if it goes this way it'll get even messier !
"Not got L2 but how have JBER been acting with recent events ?"
They seem to have backed away since the Class Action Lawsuit was announced on Wednesday, at least that's how it seems to me.. not surprised as they have also been a key player in this fraud helping to short the share, pretty obvious for anyone investigating who was involved.
Time will tell I guess.
Lets hope Winnifrith's partners in crime are also included.. they will be traced.
Winnifrith is still unusually quiet on the whole "Class Action Lawsuit" considering he advertises his site as "The one stop source for free breaking news, expert analysis, videos and data on fast moving and easy to trade AIM and LSE listed shares" What's happening Tom give us an update :-)
:-)
You're welcome, definitely makes it easier to understand, for me anyway .. :-)
Bolton did you get an email this morning from the SHG ?
