Cleaning itself up

Resetting governance

Making itself “transaction-ready”

That often precedes:

A reverse takeover

An asset injection

A new business being dropped into the shell

Well it needs to because as feared the jumpers on are jumping off as no quick buck.. when this lands hoping it catches them out.

This is EXCITING news... I can wait for the bigger picture :)

There MUST be a target as i find it hard to believe that all of this effort to create a Main Listing shell was for a few quid in some pockets. There are easier ways to do that. This was always a gamble and a play for a RTO for me.. lets see what occurs.

Will we start to see those froth 'investors' get bored and sell as 'no action' is seen? That has been my worry.. still there is news due.

Lets get some solid news now as the self created froth is becoming a slight worry. Big buys but no real movement.

In Aug they created a prospectus and said this "With a highly experienced team based in the US, UK and Europe, we are well-positioned to explore strategic acquisition options, which may include the possibility of an RTO, and the development of our current media business including owned brands such as GSN."

This is a LOT of hard work to pull this around so those 3 can just pick up a wage, at least that's my view. I guess what they are saying now is RTO is the option... afterall we have a full market listing not aim.

That was a big sell around 3pm today... need that to stop

Agree that 2024 should get this company back on its feet. That seller needs to go now as the step up in share price are tiny because of him.

My thoughts are , they raised moneys at 1p WITHOUT contracts in, so should be ok if they need to raise more above that level given they now HAVE contracts.. so still seems like a base level buy.

I can understand the pain if you were part of the IPO, i really do. This is now a different entity , well encapsulated by Jona35, and as such needs to be viewed with fresh eyes on the future. This feels like it has a bright future.

They may need another fundraiser but it will more likely be above this level not below. So this really looks like the base level before more news comes through and hopefully the sells into any rise will peter out. The more i dig the more it feels like only upside given the fall its had , the fundraiser already done and new BOD. Jona35 - good spot bud.

So whats the rationale behind that person selling into any rise given the prospects look better than they have for a long time?

Well... cough , cough, ....we are all here now to see what the new world looks like and what company gets reversed into this bad boy of a shell. Roll on 2024 ( no choice really.. i bought my tickets .. no one made me)
