Agreed cashflow issues. And with a significant number of the trust pilot issues being reported on debs, I wonder how.much of the internal cost to manage this is actualy attributed to the debenhams brand or historically has this "cost" been picked up by the other brands. At the end of the day the CEO should be looking at the group figures and Dan should be focusing on this and not just how "good" Debenhams is performing. I'm sorry I'm not convinced that debenhams is performing that well .. maybe sales are increasing but at what cost and were is this cost being attributed to? As stated in my last post the customer service issues particularly the delays being reported for refunds must be putting off customers and merchant recruitment may slow down as a result of the likes of trust pilot ratings going south.

So the credible plan still isnt being communicated but is it being delivered (whatever it is)!!??.

Year to date price down over 20% .. Debs customer service reputational score is getting significanlt worse. How many merchants are leaving or refusing to consider the market place? As a result. But not to worry he has a nice new flash car, private number plate can sponsor Cheltenham, hold big parties in Manchester with A list celebrities no doubt costing a fortune.

And the plan is what? And when will it start to impact in a postive way? I don't see anything credible about this guy after near 6 months ..he hasn't delivered confidence to me thats for sure
