Simple fact is.. the management are not competent to run a company let alone an AIM listed.. there is no "credible plan" just fire fighting .. debt must have been drawn down to the max.. customers not getting refunds.. pr nightmare and customer attrition... supplier's aren't getting paid.. supplier attrition... merchants are not being paid on time ... merchants attrition ... Christmas trading is going to be bad .. question what you want about that statement but you cant question the share price and the "managment" are responsible for that and what influences it.. and what have they done to influenc it? In the last year ? ...Nothing positive thats for sure

Re the staff numbers for Debs marketplace ... I said months ago the reporting wasnt correct .. reporting very low staff numbers to run debs marketplace when the majority of the staff are costed to the other brands .. marketplace makes a profit .. NOT.. im still questioning if the suppliers are getting paid on time.. customers getting refunds on to "gift cards" with a few weeks expire date I'm hearing ... well dodgy... cashflow must be a real issue .. must have used the drawdown facility i suspect

Well it won't be long before my 200k shares will be worth less than the paper they are printed on .. and yes I voted no to this so called BD... they need striking off and litigation

Granted a pessimistic view.. based mainly on the lack of communication.. re what has been achieved for the Debs brand.. I personally don't think that "great things" have been achieved as yet however await the result to review my thinking. We know group is going to be bad and likely to short a time period for the "credible plan" to impact this. But I do want to see the "credible plan" and it working in the qrt announcement. I'm in this for circa £1.50 and it will be a long time before I see a return so won't to see a BoD working to add share holder value and frankly at the moment they are.missing the opportunity to do this just for the lack of communication. Why?

Great some funding in place. Hight rates will reflect the proposed plan (and confidance in it and indeed other funders appetite (or lack of)) and/or lack of negotiating skills by the likes of Dan . Feel like it's just kicking the can down the road a little. The lack of communicatio, even though we have promises to improve this, doesn't provide me with any confidence in this BoD to deliver shareholder value .. but I await the results and more importantly any credible news of things turning around .. I'm not confident and don't belive the current board are capable of running an AIM listed company, they probably have good advisers ... who are ignored .. lets way and see

The slapup lunch would have been on company expenses and a trip to the races driven in a chauffeur super executive car .. but don't worry it's all to "add value to the shareholders".. be seen to do what you say you are doing 😉

Im Not intreasted in anything you try and add to the debate bfd.. or any criticism of others .. but do keep posting .. its brings a smile to my.face at times

We know the results will be bad. The fact that we haven't had them yet screams they don't have a plan in place for an on going concern. You know the "credible plan". Or that things are turning around or they would have posted some good news. They are killing the youth brands for whatever reason .

One example:-

Refunds are still an issue for most of the brands (maybe not debs now?). Cashflow must be significantly impacted (again we.dont.know but a guess). You can say that refunds is a technical issue and they have put in a new payment provider to address this (was it mango??). But the reality is that they are cutting the blood from the business .. customers are walking there reputation is dia.

The lack of clear communicated decisions from the BoD shows a level of incompetence that is shocking for an AIM listed company. I don't buy into all this "we are in a lockdown postion atm". That doesn't negate the need to respond to the last allegation from Fraser and many others.

But it doesn't matter what we all say we just need the results.

I also think there will be a need for the LSE to perform an investigation into the directors of this organisation.

If anyone thinks it is just a "few" suppliers who have hit the news in regard to payment delays then frankly your gullable to the extreme.. this will be the tip of the iceburge. I've been saying for a few months that the situation is dreadful.. look at the indicators.

1. Refund issues

2. Supplier payment issues

3. Merchant payment issues (I suspect)

4. Lack of communication

They have serious cashflow issues.

A dangerous statment to make but are they intentionally influencing the share price down and will then take private?

See some people has suggested that Dan is credible .. WOW.. based on what ??... the share price has dropped some 47% ytd.. the guy is not fit for the role and if anyone says its because of KM influences, then that reinforces my postion that Dan is not fit for the role of CEO...

Customers not being refunded. Suppliers not being paid. I mentioned before that I suspect that merchants will be leaving as well .. 2 reasons:-

1 the reputational damage that DEBs is giving there brand.

2. Question if the merchant's are getting paid for goods they sell on the DEBs platform.

I think there is a lot of ugly stuff going on and no reporting or updates is adding to negative speculation. This shows an absolute incompetence BoD.. shouldn't be running a company let alone a listed one. Dan has only had a negative impact.. no matter all the chat on here the only thing thats important is the share price and its lost circa 50% since he started to implement the "credible plan"

If it's true then good that someone has faith in the current managment team .. sorry to say I don't . I need upwards of £2 to get a return and don't have the confidence that this will be achieved in the mid term certainly with this bunch. The lack of respect to investors and broken promises of improved communication I will always question their integrity.. an emotive comment I know

Totaly agree with this statement and to add further Debs brand / trust is getting weaker by the day .. look at the refund issus ... this alone will be increasing operational costs and brand loyalty issues under the Debs brand .. when a customer walks they don't come back .. I've never understood why refunds can't be processed when the merchants should be paying for the refund anyway ... isn't that a "merchant" model.. its stinks alot !!! Charge backs must be high aswell

Yes debt sits at a group level...but I bet my left arm (and im left handed) 😳 that the majority of the operational costs would be attributed to the debs brand despite the sales % being significantly less than the other brands - wonder if anyone is focusing on the cost per order at a brand level... including the processing of refund request ... why they delay refunds when the refund "cash" should be from the merchants... this absolutely sticks of something very dodgy.

I challenge any brand NOT to make money if all the cost for that brand is associated with another brand (or cost centre) within the group

I've said before and will say again Debs has all there cost associated with the other brands in my opinion... itsndoesnt matter anyway as it's the group figures that count. No matter what way you skin the onion... boo customers were cannabis by debs and are now being alienated with the refund issues ... wonder if merchants are starting to walk away as well? Dan is clearly not able to do the role that he was charged to do... but don't worry he has a "credible plan" even though he has little credibility to deliver it... I suspect that the accounts are not released as there is a "going concern " issue with the auditors and so no one wants to sign them off

PR and short lived IMO .. Dan would be better promoting "the credible plan"... o wait.. there isn't one .. or is there... who knows if anyone is at the Epson races maybe they can ask him as I belive he is spending company funds there.. must be under the "hospitality budget"

Is dan trying to make the "books" look better by ensuring that refunds are not honored within the legal time frame and prior to the publication of results? .. and when will we see the results ? I have seen nothing positive from when Dan took over as CEO... just a smoke and no delivery

No the lack of refunds will have a postive impact on the "cash flow" .. all part of the credible plan.. or kicking the can down the road for a few weeks to get the results out .. that I suspect will be later than anticipated... but don't worry it only impacts the customer perception of the brand .. sorry about the sarcasm

This BoD are clearly not capable of running a company let alone one in significant distress, been going down for some time. Dan is all smoke about delivery of a "credible plan" and so far has successful reduced the sp by some 50% since his tender. If we DO every get a communication it will be blamed on the likes of "a distraction from Fraser Group" or " the impact from Trump" .. anything to hang an excuse from rather than making a postive diffrance . Probably far to late but the board needs turnaround experts before it goes into administration. Think the next comms we get from these guys will be along the lines of ..."we are delaying publication of year end" (I'm mean they don't care about the investors) and I'm sure most suspect it's going to be bad news .. looking on LinkedIn a significant number of people leaving or being pushed .. if that's what's needed to cut costs I get it .. but I suspect it's far more than that. I don't think that the "Debs" brand is as profitable as it is being painted out to be .. but whatever that's irrelevant.. group performance I what counts
