Agreed, this is very undervalued. But I know of another company literally just up the 'road' from kp2 that is even more undervalued, current £25m mcap and a potential sale value of £1bn plus (low case). In fact, this could be sold within days?..?? Biggest secret on AIM, imo.

A Jumelles and China deal would likely have no leaks at all.

So these discussions must have been going on for at least 8 months at a guess (maybe longer) ...PLENTY OF TIME to finalise something RIGHT NOW.
Not even to mention COIDIC agreement done in December 2020....PLENTY OF TIME to get it together.

I don't think they have "a year', this is make or break time right now. This has been talked and studied to death. Contact with China ongoing since 2013 odd. The current positive macro picture at all levels will falter again at some point.
Either they want this or not.

Mayybe Glencore would rather chuck it than sell it for a low price, but I don't think they do that stupid. China can easily pick up the licence when confiscated.

Pragmatism will win the day and a deal will be struck now, imo. COIDIC are not there for fun.

I suspect it always has been the other way round, Glen's focus and requirements as the main partner are the actual problem here. I suspect Zioc is very flexible and accomodating for any deal. Should not be an issue, Zioc within Jumelles. But hey, who really knows? All is possible..

If they cannot get this off the ground now under current most favourable conditions, they never will.

Fingers and toes crossed. Any sniff of real progress and this will go ballistic. Or even better, a straight sale.
