One for tomorrow DE VOUS A MOI 2.40 Kelso Only 7 runners, but Sue Smith seems to fancy it. "He was a good horse for us last season and, perhaps, got a bit high in the handicap. He does like a bit softer ground and I think he is very nice horse who could shine next time out. He could go to Kelso for his next run."
This is what Kerry Lee says about Mountainous: "He is a delight to train this horse - everybody already knows he's won the Welsh Grand National twice and for all that he won it off mark of 137 and 132. He is working the house down at home and it wouldn't be the biggest surprise if he didn't get heavily involved in the finish again. He is as good as ever and looking beyond Chepstow the obvious target are the likes of Midlands National, the Fairyhouse National or, if it came up soft, Aintree."
What Snowey said about SAMBREMOUNT had a message from Willie Mullins asking me to refrain from tipping any of his horses in the future, after ending his very good run of form of late!! Sorry Willie, I thought I would try a change of luck, by selecting a runner over in the Emerald Isle & I was hoping, the Luck Of Irish, would rub off on me. Not a chance, for my pick Sambremount, got brought down 4 out when still just about in contention. He had made an error at the fence before his departure but to my eyes, Ruby Walsh was still happy enough with his mount, even if he was around 8-10 lengths off the pace setters. We will never know what would have happened, but the winner was impressive & I think the best position Sambremount could have hoped for, was possibly somewhere in the first half a dozen.
Yes Harry it is invaluable. I thought you were going to do it again with Chilli Romance. I actually did a patent with MMO, CR and Ballycan. Got the 20-1 on MMO and PP offered me another £51 cash out, so I took that. Keep up the good work.GLA
