About IQAI - main points from recent rns's

Phase 1 Clinical Trial of IQAI's IB003 gallium maltolate test is in its final stages.

As soon as all the results are available, an End of Phase 1 (“EOP1”) meeting will be held with the US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”)

We are continually exploring how we can further utilise the regulatory milestones achieved last year (our two Orphan Drug and two Rare Paediatric Disease Designations).

Data from a phase 2 trial will be represent a significant step towards having an approved agent.

If granted approval by the FDA, the Directors believe that the ensuing commercial impact would be significant for IQAI.

Fingers crossed for positive results re IB003 gallium maltolate trials. Tnen onto phase 2 and/or fast track approval from FDA.

Braveheart Investment Group (BRH), announces the acquisition of 65,415,862 ordinary shares in IQ-AI Limited ("IQ-AI"), representing 29.51% of the issued share capital of IQ-AI, for a total consideration of £719,574.48.

The independent directors of Braveheart were offered an opportunity to acquire a substantial stake in IQ-AI. They considered that IB is making progress in its Phase 1 Clinical Trial of gallium maltolate.

The IQ-AI business fits well with Braveheart's investment strategy and will make an attractive addition to Braveheart's investment portfolio at what the board considered is an attractive entry price - ( 1.1p )

Their Neptune licence covers all of Europe - hence some big names in the Auto field....and its not EV specific.

Good move by BRH .

£2.1M into our coffers . Great news, now the question is how that cash will be utilised.

A special dividend to shareholders or invested into other plc's at good buy in prices ?

Or a 50/50 split - say £1M allocated to dividends and £1M invested into 2/3 interesting companies........

Iqai looks cheap imo, and we have a good understanding of its workings etc

Estimate of proceeds of Phasefocus sale after associated costs = £2.1M

Shares in issue 63,723,489

If 100% ( £ 2.1M ) allocated as special dividend = 3.3p per share

If 75% ( £1.57M) allocated as special dividend = 2.47p per share

If 50% ( £1.05M) allocated as special dividend = 1.647p per share

£2.1 M as a dividend i calculate as 3.3p per share held.

The other option would be for us to put that money into several other plcs , which are at attractive prices currently.

Also Gas futures looking good Sept onwards - well into 2024.

Nice turnaround.

Hopefully that patience will soon be handsomely rewarded.

I do enjoy a bit of fishing also....
