Always think its a Pump and Dump..as often it is...but then there a few to buy and hold..this went up nearly 45% on speculation last week..so I expect more on actual contract confirmation...strong fundamentals

That's the point and why you are clever..in order to tender...you have to provide proof of your funding due diligence....so we can assume this is in place..chicken and egg..there will be no issue raising the finance for these types of contracts that are hugely profitable...

MM's taking this down..to fill orders..the same pattern repeated twice so far today..then it jumped back up 5% on no buys...

The MM's have played this this AM..makes me think an RNS is imminent...
