I must admit that I've heard about the name Imara and its listing on aim some time ago, but I cannot remember where, I have an idea, but don't want to spout rubbish, just in case my memo is wrong. Need to check my notes and see if I've written them somewhere...

Going by the name change, they are aware of it... But not sure if it is the market sensitive info if transaction is not concluded yet. Target dates on Imara Jun pres can vary. Interesting play this is :)
