The idea behind it is clear. An apparent legal certainty for the investor.
Whereby it does not matter at which stock exchange one trades. Why should
Czech investors or investors not trading on foreign stock exchanges?
The idea behind it is a bonus of trust. For example, when CEZ profits more from a more favorable entry course...
As long as the Banking Study is on hold, no major Bite investors. It should be clear that the business model is profitable.
I hope that the cascading synergy effects from demand and
investment soon. My personal stop is at about
1,60 €. This should be shortly before or within the publication of the DFS. Depending on what is in the DFS database, it can then be
really go up. But don't forget people, we are acting here the future. For this reason I think 1.60 € per share is realistic.
If I understand it correctly, you intend to issue 160,481,098 shares as of September 24.
Is this the preparation for the IPO in the Czech Republic? does anyone know about it?
why were CDI's worth 12,500 Aud subscribed? and then working capital?
Can someone help me out?
There is something new every week. But strangely enough never a breakthrough. I really read everything. Sodium, nano, sulfur. Everything is there. The lithium batteries are become even more powerful in their solid versions.
Sodium sounds like a dream, there is more than enough of it. But the batteries must also remain stable. Lithium batteries are sufficiently researched and work.
If you manage to add another 25-50% performance, the last step is done. The production is getting cheaper and more cost efficient.
Investors like to buy at the trading centers of the company's headquarters. If the week doesn't slow down, we might have some news again for publication. If then still the hopefully soon listing at of the Czech Stock Exchange, a few unknowns will also join in.
Then EMH should actively enter into negotiations with the automobile manufacturers. I am also looking forward to the drill core results. I hope there will be a a few releases this year.
Wait, I just called Warren Buffet :-) is coming tomorrow.
Yes, unfortunately I see it too. That thing is also a nasty speculation object...
I can't explain it any other way than that things are just the way they are. We privately are just too little and EMH has not yet reached its audience. I also assume that some majors will make the big push. Only then we will be hyped in the corresponding stock exchange journals.
Almost all investors are currently focused on ETF's, precious metals and tech stocks.
This one is unfortunately still a niche. We have to live with that, but cheaper Get in!!!
At some point it goes all the way to the top !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOP WHOPP
THX colin
There is something going on behind the scenes, CEz could also take over the project management completely, that would be no problem for you at all. For these reasons I am not worried about our future. I just want to say that I think it makes more sense if emh prepares the further project development. Cez will continue to invest in EMH anyway as soon as the wheel turns...
Thank you very much for the answers, I knew that there are a lot of people who have it ready....
Assuming that we have a product-circulating mine by 2024 at the latest, by then the drilling permits would still have to be issued and the whole thing would have to go through the relevant ministries of the environment and building applications would have to be submitted and approved.
We have now been at the start for 4.5 years and will soon be in 2021, which means that there are still about 3 years to go before the mine is built. The EU investments will depend on DFS otherwise there is no investment. Building applications and building permits will also take at least 2 years. From there I can only imagine that a DFS must be due in the next weeks. Assuming this is the case, we would not be able to start production until 2024 at the earliest.
Am I right in this assumption? Thank you very much for answering my questions :-)
The share is strongly undervalued and currently still worth buying. I hope it will soon move forward and the announcements will not dry up. There is only a little bit of money missing to leverage the share price upwards.
EMH has existed for almost 4.5 years now. Can someone say something about the mining rights and
in how far the time window for the approval went? I would like to know again when the exploration rights for pre-drilling expire or need to be extended?
What about the centers for the Prague Stock Exchange? Should there be any announcements about this?
I could very well imagine that there will be a corresponding leverage effect.
Just a bit of volatility, a bit too little to be back at zero it would have to rise by 50% for me. Any idea when DFS will arrive? I'm too lazy to read right now :-). Just got the stock chart extends and tinkers a wening with trendcharts. The damn sideways movement has taken a positive drift.
I would be happy if we could keep the price. We do not have much time left when it comes to the development goes. This means that new news should be coming soon. If we can´t get informations to go on until the middle to the end next year, the production schedule will probably not be kept up can be made.
For this reason, the management is hopefully concentrating more on the acceptance and not just on the production of the product and on the development of the mine. Had expected and hoped for a significant plus at the beginning of the week. The market must wake up slowly and recognize the sweetheart here.
Really interesting how the markets work together. Never underestimate the market ;-) but I am positive!
there is far less volatility on the german stock exchange in Frankfurt, which surprises me. But the course generally always draws quickly after. I mostly look to london and a little later are both relatively close together.
I just find it interesting that there is not so much action in Frankfurt... EMH just needs to add a little more news. But at least everythings becomes more concrete
And that's how it could be. The technology could come from Germany. Cinovec / Zinnwald on the German side has already been researched. The conditions there are similar to those in the Czech Republic. Old mining tunnels with good connections to infrastructure and with manpower. I hope that the projects will be pushed by corresponding synergy effects.
Cinovec by it self is already much further developed. I don't know how it is with the general mining industry in the Czech Republic, but germany has a corresponding mining industry and could contribute important know-how to the development.
Most of the companies here specialize in potash and salt mining, maybe this is an option for the extraction of the Lithium mineral. You may also find a branch of a German representation in the Czech Republic. I have Keith for this already informed. The German mining company "Kali und Salz" has a corresponding representation in Prague. But apparently only the distribution. Maybe it makes sense to involve such a subcontractor.
