Over the weekend, I was trying to explain just how huge the Texas plant will be. Anyone who is familiar with the City of London will know that it is referred to as "The Square Mile". Our Texas site is half that. It would take about 45 minutes to walk round the perimeter!
A year ago, we had an MCAP of barely £10 million and now we are pushing £1 billion. This has been achieved by seriously clever management and partnerships for continued future growth all paid for by minor share dilutions rather than major cash hits. Even taking into account the warrants and options issued to seed investors and staff, Argo have increased shares in issue by roughly 25% since day one, while the MCAP has increased by almost 9,000%
In this scenario, anyone who does not understand the difference between "investing for future expansion" and "dilution" should probably invest their cash in a building society account rather than the best investment opportunity I have seen in my 40+ years in this business.
Good luck Argonauts.
I don't know exactly where the information comes from, but most brokers show the wide spread, but you will get a much smaller spread when you trade.
The wide spread is used for the pricing on the commission free app trades such as Etoro etc.
Trolls are usually a badge of honour, as you don't need to troll a poor stock. It's fun trying to spot the really clever ones trying to undermine a share.
However, this one is so p155 poor, it would be harder to spot if you had come running out wearing an "I'm a Troll" tee shirt with a half eaten goat hanging out of the side of your mouth.
Get back under your bridge....
Sorry, but that is a bit of a vague reply now I read it back. This is a topic I know very well, but it is quite tough to explain! Bottom line is, only institutions can Arbitrage between exchanges.
It's unlikely that any broker will let you choose the venue of execution. The ISIN code (Google it :-)) is different in the various markets, so your broker will not recognise that you hold the Frankfurt line if you had bought the UK line.
