0.53p !. Aside from any T/O KP2 won't move. Delist more likely here.

99 - Total current assets equate to 3.5p ps. Taking into account a 25% discount = 2.5p ps which is my take out price for the main players here.

I cannot see any other way... There's no interest in this share (like many others on aim!). The listing seems pointless tbh.

I admit though , this is way undervalued considering the prospects. Should be an MC of £150 imo, hence my view is the main players taking full control for around 2.5 to 3p ps.

Cash Investor, my bet is either OIA and SQM or both will take all, however at a lower figure than most believe. IMO 2.5p max ps which in cash terms with their combined holdings =£50m. Any other interested parties (and in any event I don't believe there would be anyone else with $1.8b to throw at this) don't / wouldn't have a look in due to the share structure.

Ultimately it's what the BOD would accept if such a case arises, but they have no real bargaining power here.

Imo this mine will happen one day... However I don't see a future for a standalone kp2 listing. Once upon a time many years ago this SP would be sitting at a major valuation, probs x 5 current SP at minimum. Those days are well gone though, and the current MC put on this tells you this! . So what's the future hold here -

1. The main funders take over Kp2 ( very likely as they already own a big slice and why plough in $1.8b not to own outright)

2. Delist and go private sharing the spoils of any future profits (very possible as the listing currently provides no advantages)

One or the other for me.

Following the recent news today I am now a buyer and hold. IMO if the target dates are met and now with the RoC Gov support I set a long term TP of 6.5p. The markets are yet to believe however once that sentiment changes 1.2p will soon arrive followed by 3/4/5/6p.

IMO the mine is a goer and 2 main holders and finance providers will have Kore taken over well before the 6 week deadline of funding... 'However' it will be for around 1.2p ps which means they only need circ £10m to take all,, as they already own close to 50%.. It should be for around the 3.5p mark however they hold all the cards here and a deal will be done with the BOD.

This is my final prediction here... Let me remind you all...My previous predictions nearly all came true!.

Conclusion = takeover at 1.2p

I'm amazed not raised yet..... Why are SEPCO donating in excess of $5m here for nothing?... Hmmm ,Me thinks they not doing this for free!. Nothing mentioned about that though.

....People seem to be realising that all though this mine 'MAY' eventually get built,,,, it will not be the PI's who will gain from there investments in it as the severe dilution into the share structure II's and BOD will enable total control/ownership.

IMO, this mine if ever built,,, and I mean if ever built ,, will not have a listed KP2 involved in the process. Yes, the BOD will do ok from it however current PI's will be wiped out / the losers. Problem here is the share structure ,, it is now stitched up. Said this some time ago!. The consortium won't care if the SP hits zero as they will take full control in any event, they are the funders if it's ever built and in control. It would of taken the BOD to protect some PI value, however they wont.,, bit like politicians imo, only looking after themselves.

As expected imo, nothing happening and massive further dilution to come. Therefore my revised TP = 0.02p after director loan dilution and other delays.

The markets reaction also tells a story!. No interest at all.

Baravelli, this is a great buy at 0.025 / 0.03 , its a 5 bagger from there.. if you sold when i said last year at 1.1 /1.2p you'd be sitting pretty... your loss. I'm loaded up and ready for the raise, i will buy at the same price Brad does..

MC Now £19m and falling..... that means the big II's who would supposedly be putting up $1.8 billion to build a mine and who own 60% of this coy currently need just £8m to take full control...Now, if it was remotely true they are to fund the cost of $1.8 b to build a mine then simple common sense says they will take full control for a mere £8m or less.....

Binary bet on what??... KP2 dont own or produce or have the cash to do anything... desperate statements the last few posts... And there is no EPC ! hasnt been for years because theres no one wanting to do...
