News is expected on every share. Expectation is not Reality which is why an SP will suffer until news is fact. This is now fact.

I am down thousands in this company as the SP is so low now compared to when i purchased them.

It is about time this company did something for us long suffering share holders. It will be back to consolidation before long the way it's going. It's full of news to come but never does. Unfortunately it is down to us who put our trust in people that run companies. These have let us down badly but am only losing a few grand so could have been worse. It is ridiculous tho how they can get away with it like many others have
