I worked for Birmingham City Council for 17 years. and the waste because of sickness is unbelievable. The management in a lot of cases seem to know nothing and those that do have their hands tied because of red tape. There was even a person who was off at least 6 months of the year who continually got promoted. The pay is extremely good for what they actually do and the money wasted at the end of each year in the hope of the departments not losing their budget is extraordinary. How they can say they are 30 million short I will never know. Some of them are on more money than the prime minister as I have no doubt is the same throughout this country in all local authorities. I left about 25 years ago because of the supposed equal opportunity nonsense because it never was and neither is it now.

There is no need for any of the nonsense that is going on at the moment. No need for all the name calling. For years as some of us know, this share has been soon come, next year etc etc and always fails to deliver what is expected when it is expected.
It is about time SAR finally delivered something good for all the long term holders. They keep taking the salaries but deliver very little in return, year after year. The science is all well and good but it doesn't put food on the table unless it gets used. Nearly two thirds down again here, you don't see Tim losing any money. So come on SAR, lets have something good that will rocket this SP.
