Low of 383 today, but finished the day back to where it left on Friday. Bullish in my opinion.
PS: Today UBS reiterated buy with a target price of 425p. I don't set much store by broker recommendations although a technical target after the break of 399 would be 450.
140 is easily achievable, although next level is 163 which is also possible.
Technically, 246 is achievable. Then, there could be a pullback to approx 190. If that happens, and 246 is finally taken out, a trend reversal will be in play.
1) Media (e.g. Times and Telegraph) have stoked minor panic amongst investors. The share price however is not related to the safety of their capital.
This is not a product that is easy access or liquid enough for you to sell your loan parts quickly. Hence a minor stampede resulting in a 100+ day time-frame to turn loans into a cash withdrawal.
2) Good market reaction to today's Q3 update. Loans are growing, US is growing and so too will Germany and Holland in time. However, can they turn loss into profit? Wait until March 2020 for full year results.
Goos reaction so far to the Q3 update.
Avast is 100% bullish has formed a flag after a big rise in August. IMHO it should break above 399 for the next leg up.
Pulling away now. The break is happening.
Needs to get past 900 first, but is challenging 959, the all time high made in July 2016.
PS: Lots of bullish indicators here.
DYOR
Yes it can. Secro moving beyond 149 neckline to 155
GFRD is about to fill the gap it made on 9th Sept at 612 with the Bovis news. Still bearish, although I can envision 774-792 if the market changes its opinion.
774-792 was resistance in March and Sept 2019.
For what it's worth, last week, "RDI REIT: Berenberg upgrades to buy with a target price of 140p."

Could be heading towards 1000 after return of capital will have a negative affect on EPS.
Also Half Year results now changed to Dec 12th.
