Even David Linsley was surprised share price dropped significantly, even though there is no real change from what they were doing before. One thing I am happy with is on the Main Market, companies have to exceed £700,000 to retain their listing. For Pembridge to go to Main Market, they would have more than this to ensure they would never be removed. I think we would all like an indication of how much has been raised and at what cost, to put shareholders mind at rest.

The main reason for drop was because they stated, they will be suspended before returning to main market. Main Market is bigger and better than AIM, even though it has strict rules. I only wish I had funds to top up.

MAIN MARKET AND AIM When a company chooses to join the London Stock Exchange, it can list shares on the Main Market or seek admission to AIM. Companies listing on the Main Market have to satisfy certain regulatory criteria, providing audited statements for at least three years and being valued at £700,000 or more. Over 1500 companies are listed on the Main Market and some of the biggest are capitalised at more than £90 billion. AIM was created by the London Stock Exchange in 1995 to offer smaller companies the chance to raise money from outside investors. Since then over 3000 smaller, growing companies have joined AIM. They already have assets they could invest in the pipeline. He states once funding is completed which I believe was between 2-12 May 2017. They will sooner than later be announcing Investments.
