Why would he sell a share. The price has pretty much been on a decline for nearly 10 years. Probably didn't have that many when the price went to 50p but I bet you have a fair few now after buying all these years!

Maybe Jason should be giving the potential clients some deadlines. As in we need this by this time and this signed at this date to continue to work with you. If they don't then they are probably not really serious about the opportunity anyway and his time can be better spent pursuing actual clients that would want the tech.

I would assume they already are multi-millionaires with their salary. Not sure they particularly need quadrise to succeed to be well off. That is possibly the reason for their lack of urgency.

At least with only 4 trades there are not any sellers ;) every cloud hey

Yes certain activities were to be completed no later than June 30th according to their RNS. This doesn't mean to say it will require an RNS as they have already stated in the RNS it will be done no later than the 30th June.

Clearly however if we were only getting 2 trades in a whole morning as per today you are completely correct and the shares value would decrease relative to the percentage dilution

A shares value is relative to demand not number of shares. If millions of people want the shares then price will go up not down. Even if the shares were diluted 25 percent. That's because the demand could go up to buy them by 1000 per cent. That's why no one knows what will happen right?

According to their RNS the following is also happening before month end. Is any of this going to throw up more info...

· Valkor will deliver a crude oil sample from a heavy oil asset in Utah in which they have an existing equity interest (the 'Primary Project') to Quadrise.

· Quadrise will perform analysis and testing on the sample to confirm that it is suitable to produce MSAR® and bioMSAR™.

· Quadrise and Valkor will together and in the same time frame:

o Negotiate supply agreements with identified target consumers of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ fuel to be produced by the Primary Project.

o Finalise the technical and operational requirements and commercial terms for license and supply of QFI technology.

But yes technically dilution will occur ;)

Not always the case as often additional big investors wait for a fundraise and if they increase their cash reserves for another few years with guaranteed commercial income then loads of money piles in and demand for share goes sky high and the price will increase. The price will only go down on the assumption no additional investors come in following a fund raise.

Also if we do sign contracts for morocco end of year I was under the impression that it was a commercial contract and therefore would start generating revenues. There would therefore no need to be a fund raise as the company would be self sustaining. I may be incorrect on this.

Same here :) i think they will defo be sniffing around on news of a trial in the americas. Power would definitely be the bigger money maker and quicker to commercialisation so fingers crossed we get a few more RNS in this direction ASAP:)

A share price of 0.5p gives QFI a market cap of about 7m. If a trial with Mexico was going ahead with the potential to earn multiples of 7m annually the share price can surely not be 0.5p right? More likely a market cap of 50-100m at least. If big investors genuinely believe a trial could lead to a commercial contract they will not be waiting for the signature they will surely get in before that time no?

I rekon an RNS saying they have a trial in the Americas will definitely affect the share price.
