I'm going to say the opposite. It's going to bounce higher now on the lead up to potentially transformative news in less than 2 weeks. Hopefully have a couple of cracking days thrown in with some solid double digit rises.

Out of interest what is an acceptable amount of debt for a company of say 100m? I know massive tech companies like twitter etc in the past have had massive debt in a hugely debt negative situation but just had massively inflated market cap!

I rekon if they trial is going well with MSC then they may become a partner or maybe quadrise would get projected revenues from MSC with a letter of intent and then they probably could get a few million in debt especially if their market cap is over 100 million

Which would come from debt not dilution I would assume if they have commercial contracts signed

Would this be from just the one site? If it was taken up in their other sites would that then make them cash positive?

I would hope that if we have signed a commercial contract with morrocco, money from valkor and the msc project is progressing then the share price will be double figures. That will hopefully open up many more options for financing that will not punish us shareholders. Maybe people buying licences for the use of the tech etc. We shall see but can't see us around 1.5p if all the news is positive and does materialise. There are many companies that have acquired debt based on projected future earnings so can't see it being a problem if we actually have signed contracts. Agree with the bit about trimming the wages mind.

Prob be over 2p within a few days.

What do we think is the average exit price of the LTH? I know many frustrated LTH have said they would bail out if they got to 2.5 or 3p etc but surely if good news came and we rose to 2.5-5p that's only the start!! I would be fuming to go through everything we have only to bail out and then watch it rise well into double figures

I would hope that we would leap frog the gap by miles if morocco news is a success or MSC update is good. Hoping we creep up to 2.0 before any news breaks then a nice hefty increase from there

Wow some people on here are just rude. I believe what people may be getting at is words such as expected and anticipated have meant nothing for the past 14 years so many would say we need to take this RNS with a pinch of salt. I am massively behind this board and will be to the end but wish they would give us an RNS that actually stated that the trial will start on this date and it will be finished on this date. They must have a date given to them at some point so just let us know!

Wasn't expecting that RNS. Apart from as a joke. The wording also says expect to start in November so that will never happen. Having said this I do understand that we are at the mercy of the clients with the start time of this project. It is the inability to organise the tripartite agreement in 2 years that surprises me more!!!

Think most are on the same page here. If this moves up on positive news it could shift fast. Really fast. They issue we have had for years is the if bit!!

Relative to normal thats a fair amount of volume for QED over past half hour!!

I'm more optimistic and hoping that the next RNS will be the game changer. Morocco trial a success, client pleased and contract talks beginning including further use at their other sites. Wouldn't this be nice:)

Now nearly 4 weeks into October....we may actually be in danger of fully completing a trial ;)

The spread is 40% and the trades moving the price are less than a fiver. It is all irrelevant.
