Everyday that passes without an RNS is a day closer and I would think the last chance at these sorts of prices. That's why it seems to be creeping higher not dropping. The news is coming this week or next or whenever but it can't be far now!

Having said that still think the funding is sorted in the background and just dependant on the agreement bring signed off

Fund raise of 2m at 5p would only be about a 3% dilution or less so nothing extreme. Probably see a rise in share price on this news to cover this off knowing they are fully funded until the end of the LONO and probably full marine trial.

It probably also explains why the fuel agreement which was meant to be signed nearly 8-12 months ago for the trial has taken so long. Things have clearly changed from looking for a simple fuel trial supplier to to a supplier for the trial and potential global roll out of the fuels immediately afterwards. This would require a much more complicated contract as well as a much greater investment all round. It would also make sense with what the guys were saying at the AGM.

Totally agree with this. I still fancy that the funding RNS will land shortly after the fuel agreement. This is probably done and dusted but waiting for final sign off for the agreement.

I think it was mentioned it could potentially cover all the annual operational costs of the company. Not sure who said that but something along those lines.

Plenty of news should wet the appetite in Jan. Never even thought about the agreement being signed already and them just planning the release in Jan. Good point.

I am also not convinced the price will drop but may even actually rise as the expectation of news grows closer. We dropped to 1.7p last week and yet we have come good this week and continue to rise with no news. Investors know this news is coming and very soon. When it does single figures could soon be a thing of the past. Also remember the technical report from morroco is now probably with the client and therfore commercial negotiations with them could also be ongoing at this time. We could have a fuel agreement rns, finance agreement/funding update rns and a commercial agreement with morroco all coming over the next few weeks.

I agree and think the funding will be somewhat intertwined with the whole fuel supply agreement and that's why it hasn't be done and dusted. It kind of feels like there is some kind of 5-10 year development and roll out plan brewing!

I know I mentioned funding but I don't think for one second we have any issues here and I am still pretty convinced that this is pretty much sorted behind closed doors. I think the fuel agreement RNS which will essentially be prerequisite to a commercial contract and benefit all 4 parties will be very closely followed by the investment bank funding RNS. I feel the board have a sense of calm now. They know it is all on its way.

Surely they will ensure they get a very small percentage of any profit from any of the current MSAR/bioMSAR fuel sold in the future. Maybe not MSARzero though.

Nice find there with that article. When you think how close they are to potentially rolling out a near net zero fuel it's mental. Vertoro and qed have the means and skills to develop and test the fuel, we just need a massive finance backer now to support the final developmental push and rollout and scaling up.

I think you could be correct. I Still fancy we will have good flurry of buys coming in before the end of December and us creeping up to 3p again before the announcement. That would be ideal and then we could get a massive rise from there. I am also hoping the fuel RNS is followed within a day or two with the investment bank/financing RNS which then gives the price another massive boost. Essentially we will be massively derisked regarding the funding for the foreseeable future and should see us through to commercial revenues from morroco and completion of the MSC trials. Sounds like a plan...
