Brilliant news all.....and so the dominoes start to fall! Agree we could see Valkor by end of week and Morocco on the go next week. This is now the start of a less frustrated forum I feel 😉

Totally agree. The way they seemed so casual about the financing gave me the impression of how confident they are that the agreement will be done very soon. Morocco may also be complete with a contract in place. The other bit of news I really liked in the AGM questions was the last one regarding Panama Honduras. The trial with Sparkle could be a real door opener to a massive contract in Honduras! And very soon.

Can't see the price drifting tomorrow. In fact I think we may see some decent activity in the right direction for a change. Think alot of investors will have seen the AGM footage over the weekend and may very well be looking to invest or add further to their holdings if they already are invested! We certainly deserve a bit more luck on our side.

I also got the impression that alot of all the other pieces of the jigsaw are all waiting on this 3 way agreement. Sounds like once that is signed, the other shipping company will be announced. The Morocco trial will complete and utah will be full steam ahead. Like JM said they need the customers to stimulate the demand for the hubs but they need to ensure they have the hubs to seek out potential customers. It has been a real catch 22 but everything seems to be aligning around the world now. Potentially 4/5 hubs delivering the QED fuel all over the world to different industry. Exciting times once this 3 way agreement is signed. Think we may finally get a few RNS each month in Q1.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing how the market responds next week. It sounds like the agreement could land any day now :) good luck all, we may have to stop arguing and start congratulating each other soon. Fingers crossed.

Should be some strong buying next week hopefully from new investors.

I only managed to catch the first 30 minutes so will watch tomorrow but I also felt there was a slightly different approach by JM this year. Seemed to address the obvious concerns and explained clearly why the delays occurred wiich all made complete sense. Was actually very reassuring the way he broke down the year of delays and explained them.

Be nice if the SP gets to 3p before the binding agreement then a 100% increase from there would see us starting to have a semi sensible MCAP

The difference between a non-binding and binding agreement is huge. Thought this may be the reason but alot on here said all year that the agreement will only cover the trial. Looks like they were incorrect. There could be a lot of buying over the next 2 months as a lot of significant news to come.

What is the share price now. My trading account says 1.4p and yet Google says 1.9. That's a fair difference.

It is intreaguing though what is going on. To have such radio silence is crazy. I mean it could be that nothing is going on but in the past I feel quadrise would have been releasing RNSs that state progress with fuel development or MOU etc. The fact that they have been releasing nothing could mean the opposite. Is it all about to kick off big style!? That's what I am hoping as their behaviour is very odd.

It could drift down. Or maybe drift up again. What matters is this next RNS. Honesty is what we need. Where are with OCP, MSC and Valkor?Thuis time last year I don't even think we knew it was OCP. Just a Morocco trial wasn't it. Maybe this is what we can say about 2024. We have finally learned that OCP are the client.

Sorry point is quadrise may not have made any money yet but if they release a few RNS to say they are integral to a world roll out of their fuel to MSC and OCP and other potential shipping companies I rekon they will be worth a few bob then. It's just the wait that's hard.

I wouldn't say turning a profit is the always everything. What was the value of twitter before it ever earned a penny!! A few billion wasn't it!

Popped onto the Vertoro site to remind myself about that collaboration considering we haven't heard anything for a while. It's good to see the quadrise project is first on their list of projects. Also interesting to note that the innovation grant given to Vertoro was 4 Million euros. That's no insignicant amount. Also interesting to see the entry into operation date 1st June 2025. If that's the predicted time the fuel is in operation they need to get their skates on!

I'm pretty sure QED could supply enough fuel for 1 or 2 of MSC ships for starters and then just grow naturally over the months and years. I do agree though with what you are saying and maybe MSC are delaying things to allow the whole logistics of fuel supply and feedstocks to be sorted thus allowing a much larger and quicker rollout across their fleet. Hopeful I know but possible.

What I struggle with is that if MSAR and bioMSAR was actually for more expensive than HFO then I get why big companies would just greenwash but actually not have any real intention of using the fuel. It's actually cheaper and greener. It would save them a fortune in over 5-10 years. I still can't fathom why they are not doing everything they can to expedite these trials and support QED as much as the can!

Pretty certain most fuel stations in the world have unleaded, superunleaded and diesel. Rekon MSAR, BioMSAR and BioMSARZero are all different fuels being developed for very different purposes.

Think he will probably just try and brush it all aside and say it is all out of his control. Would love to know what Cargill think too. Unless they are the cause of the delay? Who knows what's going on!!!!
