I'm really not concerned and here's way:-
Local or even uk national lockdown will NOT have a negative impact on the stock. EZJ is european and currently does more business outside of uk therefore what you've been suggesting under 300p will NOT happened and my advise to you is to close your short before to late.
All in my opinion.

We know all that - thanks anyway -, however what we don't know is the future value of the new company, they (PMO&CRYSO) should've done their home work, evaluate and come up with a clear estimate of future market cap before the announcement. uncertainty for 1 or 2 months waiting for prospectus in current market situation is not acceptable in my view.
