Have LSE put their clocks forward from last week as trades are showing @ 7am & onwards on most stocks this morning ?

All showing a few hours behind this morning as on most boards ? Must be a fault with LSE

PSC.......Extension was anticipated on or before 31st March ? Now it's June 2018 or could be sooner. Are they just guessing here about the month or date when hopefully it is granted ?
