Roll on some good news, sick of the constant petty bickering it’s draining

At least it gives us the chance for a nice run up to 25p this afternoon

Perhaps because the presentation isn’t until after trading hours today today they have no requirement to release an RNS with the contents of the presentation until
Monday morning.

Synairgen are well known for liking the Monday morning approach.

Well it looks as though after all the hype there is no RNS today after all. Maybe Monday then.

@patagucci I feel exactly the same, way under water, whenever I can top up I do even though the hundreds I can afford now to the 10s of thousand around £2 is a little disheartening I still wish I had more. Our day will come. One day we will look back and wish we bought more. Atleast that what I tell myself and any friends or family who talk down on SNG!

Got to agree doc I’m regretting all the top ups over these last few months. It feels now if we don’t get a JV then they are planning on coming back to market and doing their own trial, that just takes the timelines to another level. If we don’t get on a PT which sounds slim now and don’t get a JV then nothing will happen this winter and this SP will collapse. I wonder where Poly stand in that scenario and what they will do.

I’m going to just try and forget about this now and stop checking in for news of a trial and hope something materialises. GLTA.

I’ve been running a business for 23 years and still learning and get things wrong now. I’d say 20 years developing and trialing a new treatment isn’t exactly out of the ordinary. If they’d had more luck or better judgment on the end points on sprinter then we would no doubt be commercialised and not be having this conversation.

We know they’ve had problems with trials along the way and hopefully they’ve learnt a lot and gathered a lot of data along the way but that’s always going to happen in the industry they are in.

We need another trial everyone knows that, it is what it is at this stage, moaning and complaining isn’t going to make the process go any quicker.

What a stupid post Leroy, the conferences are to share the promising findings of SNG001. I can assure you plenty will be interested in the amount of lives this can save. Conferences are not going to lead to any form of commercialisation they’re to share the data synairgen have found from their trials. More trials are needed these conferences are paving the way to get to the much needed trials and potential JV’s. If you’ve got the patience needed to see this across the line then I’d suggest selling up because it’s not happening anytime soon, these things take time.

@manifesto it is all over Twitter news links that it is legionaries disease and a lot of ‘maybe’ legionaries disease.. This morning there is reports of being over 20 cases now which must be a concern about how this is spreading and what it actual is.

Manifesto I know on the RNS it states funded by janssen but on the Southampton hospital website trial details it states ‘This trial is funded by Janssen Pharmaceuticals and AstraZeneca, with support in kind from Synairgen Ltd.’ Support in kind could mean synairgen still have operational cost such as wages of staff involvement etc.. So just ignore my comment I was just being sceptical hopefully janssen are covering all costs.

It would be interesting to have insights into the cost implications for synairgen this will have over the coming years.

Without a platform trial there is no route to commercialisation and revenue without asking shareholders for more funds. Fingers crossed we have platform inclusion news in the coming weeks!

I disagree OJ, it shows that synairgen are highly respected in the field of respiratory disease. If they didn’t have any knowledge and expertise to help in this trial then the big pharma would of gone at it alone and not needed there input.

The news this morning is a great development for synairgen and for people who understand this is going to take time in investigating, promoting SNG001 and trialing SNG001. This is a massive step and most expect this to be the first of many good bits of news in the coming months.

The reason for the spike and sell is due to to many expecting 2020 gains again in 2023, it’s not going to happen like that, we are in a total different place now to then. A lot stronger in my opinion now we have this investigational trial ongoing and if we get onto a platform trial treating with SNG001.

Patience will be rewarded. GLTA.

Hopefully it’s the end of the low 20’s!!

Although it’s not a treatment trial like we all want and hope for it’s still a huge positive and it’s hopefully the start of a productive few months for Synairgen.

Knife edge, not edge of knife lol

This is obviously a real worry and problem for the world.

But this is a win, win for Synairgen. If this virus takes a hold and there is no treatments working currently at reducing severity then I’d assume SNG001 would be leading the charge of potential therapeutics to reduce severity to get trialed. If it fizzled out and stayed localised in Argentina then it highlights the edge knife the world stands on with new viruses and highlights how drugs such as SNG001 need further testing and approving ready for the next big thing.
