No where in the RNS does it say eqt is a subsidiary of ebioss rather is Just lists the investments that it has, as they are liquidating one of the subsidiaries... SYNGAS ITALY Makes no diff anyways as reality is ebioss have only 1 seat on the board....that's a fact.
