Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, announces that on 20 November 2019 Wim Pauwels, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Wim Pauwels holds 25,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.018 per cent. of the total issued share capital.

Requisition.. rally into the news .. their resolutions failed and it just disappeared into nothing. Hope this time round it's different

Currently 19.4 on my RSI from 18 earlier today, still over-sold territory. Trading close to support seen in 2017. Histogram turning, green candle today albeit marginal. Could be where the selling stops.

Lack of funding = suspension. By all means try and catch a bounce but you might not get out one morning

So following on from my earlier post .. last year when i was made aware of the placing around 0.3p this was shortly after the 100% rally based on the first of two funding packages being completed. I was told that the second funding package would be imminent and even within settlement date of the placing being T+10. Anyway, absolutely nothing happened and the share price started to tank. As part of the script there was also mentions about some legal issue with ShoreCan that would be sorted but I don't see any mention of that. So basically, I've met a lot of rubbish CEO's in the past. Vonk from Angus etc. But reckon this is the worst Placing I've ever been a part of. Came out of it thinking jesus christ this has so many red flags. Down nearly 90% in those 12 months but hey AM has had another year of a huge salary and getting to eat his fancy dinners so, he will get away with it. I am very sorry for anyone tricked into investing here

I was involved in the Placing last Summer where AM confirmed the second funding partner was 'imminent'. It's now been around 15 months. So .. be careful

Aren't everyone on that board complaining how low-ball the offer is? Lol

Can't find a link to the results on the SEDAR website or the Can Overseas website. Where are they?

The fact they don't even post the results in the RNS .. make you go down a rabbit hole on their website to find them instead. Can't say I'm surprised!
