Thanks Norfolk - it’s interesting that the legal claim is still holding us back....it shouldn’t affect our rest of world potential, although whilst the size any (unlikely) liabilities arising from this speculative claim are going to be a cloud until Aries p**s or get off the pot.

A question for all of you who know a lot more than me about EQT. What will bring about the re-rate that we all know is long overdue. I thought it might be Greece but obviously the market isn’t too impressed.

I’ve been here 3 years......relaxing this share isn’t. Every milestone promises a re-rate and then we still still in the doldrums! Character building if nothing else.

So we’re now back to the level we were pre-Greece......something dodgy going on here......

Potentially a load of stop losses activated with the current drop?

It used to be one of the more constructive boards until very recently. Time to move elsewhere now - excellent work ruining something positive. You must be so proud of yourself.

Lots of post deleting going on today. It’s a shame when a thread gets hijacked - the mods delete the entire thread and just an offending post.

So if the Scott Brothers option is taken up (by 20th Sept?) what will be the next steps? EQT will buy out Billingham EFW (I assume from existing capital) but what will happen afterwards to drive the project through?

Apologies if they’re daft questions but it would be interesting to understand the roadmap (and not keep circling the drain of chat here as well).
