Prime Energies Global Limited (Pakistan ) are not like OilLR Pty Ltd (Australia) and Beluga Limited (Nigeria) who could not fulfil the farmout obligations for Cameroon when Tower Resources Farmed out to OilR Pyu in 2020 and Beluga limited in 2022. They did not I believe have the fiancial resources to commit to drilling. It seemed that Tower did not do proper diligent.

Prime Energies Global Limited seem very cash rich and it looks like Tower Resources have this time done proper diligent before comitting to the Farmout.

Bascially the Austrialians and Nigerians are to blame for the destruction of Tower Resources Share Price or as some would blame JA for choosing them.

Should really be trading much higher but because Tower has two previous farmout failures the market still thinks it may not go through.

If it goes through expect a multi baggar easily or even more if Oil Price hits $100 to $150 due to the Middle East conflict which started yesterday.

Its good news for TRP holders is that this Farmin is much financially stronger and better than the previous two and will not back down like the other two did ie I think it was the Aussies (cannot remember name) and the Nigerians (Beluga)

Reasons why the Market is not pricing this much higher is because there have been two failures in the farmout before and hopefully this will be third time lucky.
