There are others who are bad as well. They all come for a begging bowl . Name me 1 Aim Explorer which has created shareholder value and his higher than its First Day Dealing Price. I can think of none. We all investors are being conned by these AIM Directors who never ever seem to create Shareholder Value. This will be probably my last ever AIM Stock.

Agree why did he give the loan for another year. Are they expecting a cash paymyent when the Namibia farmout happens. Challenger Energy received $12.5m from Cheveron.

Cannot see Share Placing happening if they get backcosts and cash payment for Namibia Farmout.

My guess anything between £5m and £10m

Why would they need to place when they may receive millions to farmout their Namibia Licence...

Challenger Energy shares immediately reacted to the company’s newly improved proposition, with the price more than doubling with the news that Chevron will now lead its exploration project offshore Uruguay.

The US oil major is paying Challenger $12.5 million in cash and it agreed to commit $35 million of investment to advance the project and drill a high-impact exploration well.

There may be no dilution as they may receive a hefty cash payment when they Farmout Namibia hence am back in.

Worth a read. These 2 companies received millions.
