Robert, the regulatory sandbox is already 'regulated' hence why a handful of companies are already through it. Have you not seen the FCA update regarding the 01st August? 2025 has nothing to do with this.

Fca out of 2400 applications only accepted 168 firms, 7% success.

Out of 2400 applications they have supported 699 firms that didnt get through Sandbox, So only around 30% accepted for support.

GST have been accepted and are on the Pathway.

Ence, I'm honestly expecting an update regarding this end of this month, that will be 8 weeks from rejection, I refuse to believe there was much wrong with the initial application process and hope with just a few tweaks and improvements this can be sorted fairly quickly. They couldn't have been far off otherwise why would they be offered the Pathway, remember the Pathway means GST have products to market and Fca recognises this and will assist them in getting there.
